avens

Avens was a nomai from brittle hollow. he was part of the ash twin project. He was husband to Mallow and his brother was Daz. He hypothesized that the eye of the universe was no longer sending out its signal and that the nomai should build a probe cannon to orbit around giants deep in order to find the eye. He mostly likely died alongside Mallow in the construction yard when the ghost matter event occurred

taget was one of the young nomai who played the anglerfish game in the sunless city on ember twin. He later moved to the construction yard on giants deep. He died on giants deep due to the ghost matter event.

Idaea

Idaea was a nomai on the sun station. He was brother to privet. Idaea was against building the sun station as he believed causing a super nova was too risky and went against everything the nomai stood for. Despite his disagreement he did end up working on the sun station with Pye. Died from ghost matter.

Lami

Lami was a nomai who grew up on brittle hollow and ember twin. Their gender is unknown. Their sibling was laevi and their aunt was pye. Lami was one of the players of the anglerfish game on ember twin in the sunless city. Died from ghost matter

First round!

mallow

Mallow was a nomai who worked on the orbital probe cannon as part of the ash twin project. their gender is unknown. They were avens spouse. Mallow along with their husband avens ignored an order to lower the power given to the cannon. Mallow is assumed to have died at the construction yard on gaints deep when the ghost matter spread through the solar system.

bromi

Bromi is a modern nomai who (well before the universe died) is on a ship going towards the gloaming galaxy. They had been told stories of escalls vessel (the vessel that landed in the outer wilds) and they didn't believe it to be true until told otherwise by hyssop.

Welcome to the fan favorite nomai bracket!

This is going to be quite a bit longer than the best hearthian bracket because instead of only like 25 participants there is a whopping 43.

Also there will be more spoiler-y stuff in this one because the nomai are quite important to the story. I recommend not participating if you haven't finished the game, i will be tagging all rounds as #potential outer wilds spoilers so go ahead and block that tag if you dont want to risk getting spoilers. ::]

I don't have any art of the characters to put in each round but I will put some information of the participants in each round (the source for the character info is the outer wilds fanwiki).

as always you are allowed to add whatever propaganda for your favored character to each post.

Phlox

Was a scientist who helped create the nomai memory statues on giants deep. He was the son of plume. He was involved in the design of the ash twin project.

Coleus

a geologist who was one of the original nomai from the vessel. His work was mostly providing ore for the ash twin project. His mentor was melorae and his apprentice was cycad. He was the one who found out the wandering rock on ember twin by accidentally disappearing...
