yes, it looks like that she "stole" the idea, but she didn't really have much of a choice. starship said "we want this (panic’s visual idea)" and she copied it one-to-one. what bothers me is that the resemblance is visible because rakta does NOT like beomgyu...

rakta is a perfectionist. for her, beomgyu was in the way of her creative views and approaches. she might have yelled at him that he was a "big nuisance" or said that he was ruining the idea of the photoshoot/concept... it seems that to this day she still gets annoyed when she thinks about his "nuisance". they don't have matching personalities (in a way) for each other and sometimes things like that happen.
