The reality we don't see in smut fanfics
May hurt our ego but i would love to see more of this because fuck it makes it real... And funny
Hair in unexpected places
You or your partner will let out the most ugliest unattractive moan/groan 😂 makes for a good laugh.
There will be.…. Gas 🫣
Leg cramps, knee pain, back ache and maybe injuries
Creampie = 🤰🤰so make contraceptives sexy again
It may hurt no matter how much lubrication you use.
The entire ordeal may just finish in 15 minutes. Not hours and hours of repetitive round. One and done and get the fuck to bed. We got work tomorrow.
Gotta take a piss mid-fuck.
Ain't cumming in unison.
Want to get it over with so you could eat that piece of pie or ice cream in the fridge with your name on it but you didn't want to eat it before sex because it gets you all bloated.
Having casual conversations during sex like did you lock the front door or turn the stove off? Etc….
Calling the wrong name mid-orgasm. You know… that fictional character you are overly obsessed with and hence your presence on tumblr. You better have an explanation ready when that happens. 🫣 help

Just got rejected from a remote work role that I actually live right next to for "being an international applicant". What part of my address being next to yours, my citizenship being US, and my application showing an entirely US work history indicates I live outside of the US?
This is like when I applied to EA games for a summer internship decades ago and I was living in California (CA) at the time and applied for a California job and they transfered my application for the California job to the Canada (CA) branch and then didn't understand why I didn't live in Canada. And then I had to explain to the interviewer from Canada that called me that CA indicating the US was a thing and that they themselves had an office there and that is where the job I applied for was. (Suffice to say the Canadian team refused to return my application to the California office because "once it moves it's moved, we can't send it back to the correct spot).

I am forever grateful to an archivist mentor I worked with in grad school for some resume advice she gave me and thought maybe others would also benefit from it.
Keep a Master Resume.
This is not the resume you send out. This is a detailed resume of every job (with dates and location, supervisor and location phone number are a bonus) and as many skills/duties/accomplishments you can possibly think of for each and every one of the jobs and education programs you can think of.
She showed me hers, it was about 25 pages long, and formatted exactly like a regular resume for ease. Every time she would learn a new program/skill, she'd add it. Change in title or duties, add it. Complete something big/special/complicated/new to her/professionally significant, she would add it. This way when she went up for a promotion or raise, she had a detailed record of highlights to pick from to show she deserved it. There was no "when was that? Did I submit that last round of reviews?"
Applying to a new job? Pick and choose items from your Master Resume to plug in to the resume or CV you will be sending based on the job posting. You don't need to rewrite it, just cut and paste relevant details.

From the article:
People in affluent countries around the world are willing to tax themselves to address climate change and ease poverty. That idea defies conventional political wisdom, which typically holds that people hate taxes, writes Grist. It emerged in a survey of 40,680 people in 20 nations that found strong support for a carbon tax that would transfer wealth from the worst polluters to people in developing nations. Most of them support such policies even if it takes money out of their own pocket.  Adrian Fabre, lead author of the study published in Nature, wasn’t surprised by the results. He studies public attitudes toward climate policy at the International Center for Research on Environment and Development in Paris, and said this is the latest in a long line of studies showing that climate-related economic policies enjoy greater support, on the whole, than people assume.
This result is not surprisingly to folks who actually study public perception of climate action. Concern about the damage we are doing to the planet and desire for our governments to take action are way more widespread than most people think--some studies have estimated about 80% of the world population supports climate action.
People are less likely to talk about climate change when they believe their social circle isn't as concerned as they are, which can become a self perpetuating cycle. Talking to friends, family, and just others in your community about your concerns and desire for climate action can help break this barrier.

Absolutely enchanted by this sand mandala at the San Antonio Museum of Art, created by actual Tibetan monks and allowed to be preserved by special permission from the Dalai Lama.
To preserve that which, by its nature, should be transient, so that it can be shared. The inherent tension in taking away that which gives it significance in order to educate countless others.

Basic life stuff on Father’s Day your dad may have never taught you
Men’s pants often have what’s called vanity sizing so a 32 inch waist between different brands is actually different sometimes. It’s still a good idea to try the pants on before you buy them.
A flathead screwdriver can be used on a Phillips head screw.
It’s always morally correct to simply walk away from a salesman. You don’t need to buy a mattress to be polite. Just leave. Walk away. Skedaddle.
A complete meal has fat, protein, carbs, and some kind of fruit or vegetable. A snack should have carbs and protein. That’s how you stay full for longer and get your vitamins. It’s really that simple.
Dumpster diving is legal in many countries including the US, Canada, and Australia but trespassing and property damage are illegal. If you are allowed to be in an area and can access the trash without breaking anything you can just take stuff
You should be thinking about retirement savings even in your 20s and 30s. Get a mutual fund.
If you go gambling, only spend cash and pull out exactly as much money as you’re willing to lose from the atm. Never use a credit card in a casino if you can avoid it.
You can add a layer of seasoning to a cast iron skillet right on the stove. You don’t actually have to put it in the oven every time.
To build a fire, build a little pile of kindling first with plenty of air under it. This can be sticks or leftover wood from the hardware store. Doesn’t matter. Then light some newspaper or leaves under it. This’ll help the kindling catch on fire. Then you can add a log to it. The log needs a long exposure to flames before it catches on fire.
Fresh cut wood needs to dry out for several months before it’ll work as either building material or firewood. Several years is even better.
Flower delivery for simple bouquets costs less than you think it does and makes a nice gift for people who are hard to shop for
University libraries often let the general public get a card to check things out from them for a yearly fee. This is useful to know if you’re ever doing some specific research.
To make hard boiled eggs easier to peel boil them with just barely enough to cover and let a lot of the water burn off. Then shock them in an ice bath when they’re done.
If you or your pets end up killing a venemous snake by accident or in self defense you should bury the head so that no animals get poisoned by it because the fangs can still distribute venom
Tall people who visit your house can see the tops of your cabinets and bookshelves. Clean accordingly if you don’t want people to see dust.
Annuals are plants that will die after one year and perennials are plants that live for multiple years
If you feel gross and like your life sucks maybe try getting a haircut
