Log 1: 19/02/2018
9:00: woke up and ate breakfast at my parents house. I had to eat a lot because I know that I won’t be going back anytime soon.
Food: rice, because asian. and eggs
11:00: back to my accommodation at uni (yey T_T) I’m gonna starve but because of this log I will try to eat healthy.
12:00: Job fair, maybe I should sign up for a volunteer job. I’ll think about it.
14:00: I was supposed to have team meet up for my glider project but it seems the team didn’t really do much so there was no point of meeting up. I just did my own work so I’ll have something to show tomorrow.
19:00: I fell asleep and woke up at around this time. probably slept for around 4 hours. I should decrease my afternoon naps. :/
20:00: shopping for food to try to stay healthy. I bought broccoli, pork meat, lemon, milk, cookies and crisp. I think I left the cheese I bought by accident. shit.
21:00: cooked dinner! and shocked my flatmate! lol. Last time she saw me I had long hair but I got my head shaved and she was so shocked she kept saying oh my god for a long time! That was the funniest reaction yet!
Food: broccoli and meat! I feel healthy!
I’m probably not gonna sleep until 3 am in the morning. I have to go to the library to do some work.

Intro to myself
Okay. This is gonna be something that I want to just do just to see if it works. I will make a log of what I do on a daily basis. What I eat, how long I sleep, if I do exercise, if I study and stuff.
Hopefully this will help me stay healthy.
My aim is to be able to do this for a month without missing a day.
