i kept thinking of this when doing mirror dungeon runs, so i threw it together, and now i bestow the curse of gregor slamsa upon the unfortunate souls who stumble upon my blog ...i probably won't actually finish this (or go back and tweak it), cause they struggle to work together a bit, but the name gregor slamsa was too funny not to do anything with so

i've got a bunch of stuff that i'm struggling to finish, so i'm gonna post some of the WIPs here, cause why not <3

these three are all pretty much laid out, it's just a struggle to get everything in the correct place, at the right volume, while dealing with the issues of the poor audio/separation quality </3

as always, feedback and opinions are very welcome <3

i've just realized that... i uploaded the same mashup twice, oopsies, uhh... sorry !! i'll fix it in the morning, good thing i eventually noticed </3

decided to try the reverse of what i uploaded the other day, and honestly, this works pretty good as well <3 uploading both because they each have good and bad parts individual from each other biggest problems here is the second chorus of children of the city getting cut off in a weird way, the low audio quality on mass destruction (the original one), and the case of the missing croaking noises that aren't in the isolated instrumentals of -reload- (since they're stuck with the vocals for lotus juice's parts) also, in both of them, cassie went home before she finished reading the value of e... but at least in the original one she started, so that's something, i guess ?

children of the city is one of the first songs i split the vocals and instrumentals from, so it would be probably do me good to do that again with a higher allotment of processing power <3 i think i personally like -reload- better, just because the song sounds cleaner, but i do miss the value of e at the end </3

guess which... uhh, five songs have the same bpm ? seriously, there are a lot of mass destructions... anyway ! this actually worked pretty well, but there are evidently a number of problems with it, which is why i'm uploading it here before i even think about uploading it to youtube unfortunately, both of the original mass destructions aren't great quality, and my vocal remover software just ends up making them even worse quality - the problem with this being that, while the -reload- mass destructions are much better in terms of audio quality, the vocal remover software refuses to remove the croaking from lotus juice's rap sections

i also just like lotus juice's parts in the original fes a lot more than -reload- fes, but the audio quality on it is so bad that right before he says 'ho!' at the end of his first part that it ended up being terribly painful on the ears all this being said, if anyone sees this and wants to offer anything - feedback, knowledge of a higher audio quality version of the originals, knowledge of a better vocal remover software (i use uvr5), etc., feel free <3 i hope this early version of this mashup isn't too grating on the ears <3

update on the reverse version, i can't upload it for some reason, so until i can figure out what the problem is, that'll just be in storage </3

/ when he when he climbs he climbs he does the he umm he climbs when i climb when i when he when climb / i like this mashup a lot, but the audio quality on unleashed isn't the best, so i don't know if i'll actually upload it on youtube (i also don't have an image for it...) another issue is the pace of the phoenix doesn't really let unleashed do much outside of its chorus, especially as the song progresses if i do decide to upload it on youtube, i'll probably go back and remaster it a bit to make it sound a bit higher quality <3 all that being said !!! i still really like this one, even if it's a bit muffled and butchered <3 (i swear it wasn't this bad on the mp3 file, i dunno if tumblr is messing with it...) these two songs have the same bpm and key, so i didn't really have to do much for it (still took me an hour though, even with the minimal effort for this one... i got a bit too focused on smoothing out some of the smaller details, teehee) i'm working on the reverse of this one as well, so i'll upload the little bits of it i've done so far after this, since i like that one as well

Kromie from hit game 'Lumber Company' or something] another limbus mashup that ultimately didn't really work out due to difficulties in separating vocals </3 there's also the problem of the songs actually working together, and though i think it worked out pretty well for what i got out of it, to make between two worlds actually fit would require even more speed butchering than i already did, so i don't think this one will ever be up on youtube </3 it was still fun to make, though ! i knew from the start it wouldn't work out, but it honestly isn't the worst thing ever for a mashup i made entirely due to the idea being funny <3 i did spend, like... two hours on it, though... you can definitely tell where i start to give up toward the end, teehee [Between Two Worlds (Mili) x All I Want For Christmas Is You (Mariah Carey)]

another one ! this one is a completed mashup that i made a while ago (one of my first), which means it's not very good, and honestly the songs just don't pair super duper well together, so i probably won't ever upload it on youtube but ! the idea of it is funny, and that's more or less the point of this blog, the scrapped mashups that i otherwise wouldn't share anywhere having a place to be <3 also, uhh... i'm in no way fluent in spanish, so if 'corriente sangrienta' does, in fact, not mean 'bloody stream', do let me know ! (i did my best to reference several sources instead of just using google translate, but it was inconclusive </3)

/ feel like i'm using too many tags again, but... eh, whatever, i don't think anyone other than me actually cares how many tags i use if you did come from one of these tags, and this post wasn't what you expected/were looking for, i'm happy to oblige removing the tag <3 /

guess i should probably start using this blog, huh ? here's the rough draft for Persona IV: The Unchanging, which unfortunately didn't work out due to my inability to isolate the vocals of Backside Of The TV at any good quality </3 (by rough draft i of course mean i just overlayed one audio file over the other - this took me like two minutes) (except for the audio isolation, which took me like half an hour of processing time </3) every time i hear this theme in limbus i think of Backside Of The TV so i'm happy to at least be able to make the rough draft <3 [Canto IV Battle Theme (...one of them, at least) (Studio EIM) x Backside Of The TV (Shihoko Hirata)] / am i going overboard with the tags...? there are a lot more available here than youtube, so i dunno how many to use /
