Yesss it is awful!! And the worst part is no one will ever believe you.

Just discovered that I'm allergic to the cold. Yup, it's a real thing.

The medical term is “cold urticaria.” It’s when you itch, have hives (wheals) and swelling on various body parts after exposure to cold temperatures. I discovered this after my workout 30 mins ago when I started scratching and broke out into hives.

Does anyone else have this?

The secret life of Walter Mitty was an incredibly inspiring film. It made me realize that my life is similar to Mitty. There are so many things I consider and wish I would have the guts to do, but I never have the courage to face my fears. I used to be the most outgoing person and meeting new people was easy. Now I feel awkward even around my closest friends. Lately I have been afraid of everything and I just seclude myself into this little protected bubble, thinking it would protect me from danger and keep out pain. In reality ,I am only stopping myself From the things i want to do. Danger doesn't just come from taking risks. Anyone could die at anytime. I don't want to live life anymore afraid and knowing I did nothing with my life. I want to be inspired and inspire. I want to take risks and live the life I always imagined.
