These Grilled Salmon Burgers with Garlic Lemon Aioli are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional beef burgers. The salmon patties are seasoned with fresh dill and garlic, then grilled to perfection. The creamy garlic lemon aioli adds a burst of flavor, and the whole wheat buns make this burger a wholesome meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh salmon fillets, skin removed, diced. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped. 1 egg. Salt and black pepper to taste. 4 whole wheat burger buns. 1 cup baby arugula or lettuce. 1 tomato, sliced. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lemon, zest and juice. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: To make coarse ground salmon, pulse the diced salmon in a food processor. Put the ground salmon in a bowl and add the ground garlic, chopped dill, chopped red onion, egg, salt, and black pepper. Combine well by mixing. Make burger patties out of the four equal parts of the mixture. Set your grill's heat to medium-high and lightly oil the grate. They should be cooked all the way through and have grill marks after about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Set this aside while you cook the burgers. Mix until it's nice and smooth. Put the whole wheat burger buns on the grill and toast them for one to two minutes, until they get a little brown. Spread a lot of the garlic lemon aioli on the bottom bun. Then, put a salmon patty on top of it and top it with slices of tomato, red onion, and cucumber. Put baby arugula or lettuce on top, and then put the top bun on top of that. Serve the salmon burgers right away with your favorite sides. Have fun!

These flax waffles are a perfect keto-friendly breakfast option. They are nut-free, low in carbs, and suitable for vegetarians. The ground flaxseed adds a hearty texture and is packed with fiber and healthy fats.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup ground flaxseed. 2 tablespoons coconut flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Sweetener of your choice stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit to taste. Cooking spray or additional coconut oil for greasing the waffle iron.
Instructions: Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to get it hot. Ground flaxseed, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt should all be put together in a bowl. Add the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and any sweetener you want to another bowl and mix them together slowly with a whisk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well mixed. Let the mixture sit for one or two minutes to thicken. Use cooking spray or coconut oil to grease the waffle iron so that it doesn't stick. Place the batter on the waffle iron that has already been heated, then close the lid. Take them out of the oven when they're golden brown and crisp. Carefully take the waffles out of the iron and do it again with any batter that's left. If you want to make your flax waffles keto-friendly, you can top them with fresh berries, sugar-free syrup, or whipped cream. Enjoy your tasty flax waffles that are paleo, nut-free, low-carb, and vegetarian!
