It will probably feature Drafts and Tennessee Walkers predominantly, as well as cameos from my beloved Walking Horse mare Mia, and my family's horses Baby, Odyssey, Rambo, and Chocolate Chip. I have no idea how to make themes so this is about as good as it's gonna get, hahaha. I'm a trail rider for the most part, with a history in Hunter/Jumper/Equitation, and aspirations to do Endurance!

Lesson of the day: Moving through light contact. Before lunging, I just let her stand around with the side reins on for a while. Then, just asked for some trotting both ways. On our trail ride this weekend, she was stopping dead whenever I touched the reins, and refusing to move forward when there was ANY contact. So... we just did a little exercise with consistent contact. Reins are on the loosest setting so she can just feel them if she reaches for them.
