It was dark, and cold which meant not many others would dare to find their way out to this particular spot. But she found a sense of comfort in the quiet, sometimes it was hard for her to sleep, mostly because she'd wake thinking that she was back there, and she was still on the run from her. Even if it had been quite some time since it all happened, the thoughts seemed to attack her while she slept, so it was easier to not sleep as much. Being in Winterfell made it easier, it had been home, and it was slowly becoming home again.

the northern king emerges from the cover of the forest , trees standing tall , bushes blanketed with snow. the white direwolf beside him pads along , stalking forward , nose twitching as he scents the youngest of the stark sisters. jon stops mere feet away from his silent companion , arms raised above his head , moleskin gloved palms open. for a moment , he is SERIOUS , dark eyes observing the bow in his sister’s hands. the next , he is LAUGHING , a lopsided grin spreading across his face. “ to threaten a king is TREASON , ” he jests , lowering his arms back down to his sides. “ to SHOOT him is punishable by DEATH. although , i am uncertain how such matters are handled should the shooter be a PRINCESS of the north. ”
