Just a Nap

Right on cue, Emily began to feel sleepy. It was a given that everyday at 5pm, her eyelids would start to give way and her head would fall into a sleepy daze. Her midday nap was the best part of the day, when everything seemed to stop and allowed Emily to catch her breath.

Being a college student wasn’t easy. Being an incontinent college student was even less easy. Every morning she’d cram her fluffy undies into some tight fitting jeans or a pair of black leggings (after all, her outfit always came first) and every day she’d come home to replace her clammy, sodden diaper with a fresh one. This afternoon, however, her nap demanded that this change be postponed. The moment her body felt the cushioned sofa, she was out like a light.

In her dreams, she was invincible. Possibilities were endless. And when she needed to pee, there was always a toilet on hand. In reality, she was lying in a soaked diaper with absolutely no room for an additional wetting.

Her face remained expressionless in her deep state of sleep as a stream of pee began to trickle into her diaper. Instead of being immediately absorbed, as it usually was, a puddle began to form within her diaper. Still completely oblivious to the impending disaster, Emily continued to fill her pants with pee. Like the bulkheads of the titanic, her leak guards began to spill over and the unrelenting river began to run down her thighs, saturating her once dry jeans. It was the very type disaster she’d hoped to avoid by wearing her protective padding, and the very type of disaster that had forced her into this diapered state originally.

By the time the flood had stopped, the front of her jeans were dark and soaked, as was the patch of sofa underneath her. Her cockiness of thinking herself capable of a 30 minute nap without accidents was her undoing. When she woke, she immediately noticed the warm, wet sensation on her legs and tummy. Jolting up in alarm, her eyes fixed on the wet patch on the sofa.

She heard the front door open and footsteps approaching. ‘Oh, I didn’t know you’d be home so soon’ called her mom from the other room.

‘Did you remember to change your diaper when you got back?’

Emily froze. The footsteps stopped at the doorway.

‘WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!’ Her mom cried, seeing the accident spread across Emily’s crotch and the sofa.

Emily didn’t know what do say. She’d gotten so good at taking responsibility for her diapers and making sure she was never at risk of leaking. This slip up not only showed her inability to hold her bladder during her sleep, but the inability to prevent this sort of accident from happening. Overwhelmed by the feeling of embarrassment, Emily burst into tears.

‘Aw honey, I didn’t know this would still be an issue’ Her mom said softly.

‘Come on, let’s get you changed out of those wet clothes. Don’t worry about the sofa. Mommy will take care of everything’

Emily was led by the hand to her room, where her mom would strip her of the last piece of maturity she had left.

With all the recent stars revealing their pants wetting secrets, everyone in Hollywood has been on the look out for who could potentially still be hiding an absorbent secret, and we at buzzfeed are on the case.

1. Addison Rae

This pic made its way onto the 20 year old tik-tok star’s Instagram story a few days ago. Could that potentially be a goodnite peaking out over her pants? Admittedly we aren’t sure on this one, they could be training pants or maybe just some granny panties, but either way this pic could fan the flames for those already suspicious of tik-tok’s second most popular user after commenters saw what looked a lot like a pack of goodnites in her closet in one of her tik toks last week, which was deleted just hours after being posted. Addison’s team refused to comment when we reached out.

2. Ariana Grande

Looking back at old pictures we found this picture of the newly-wed popstar at the airport about 4 years ago. Ari has been at the center of speculation ever since diapered stars started coming out. Some say her signature high-waisted style was adopted in part to hide the waistbands of diapers, a childhood classmate claims to remember Ariana attending 2nd grade while still in pull-ups full time, there are even more recent murmurings of Ariana being diapered while on tour. We aren’t sure about any of that, but we are pretty sure that is a goodnite peaking out over Ariana’s sweatpants in 2017. We don’t know why or how often she wore them, nor do we know if Ariana is still wearing goodnites in 2021, but you can bet we’ll keep our eyes on her in the future. We reached out to Ariana’s team, but they haven’t gotten back to us, we figure she’s enjoying her potentially padded honeymoon.

3. Olivia Rodrigo

At a press event for her newly released smash-hit album ‘Sour’ a fan took a picture of the 18 year old pop sensation with what is pretty obviously the top of a goodnite riding up above her pants. We also finally have a confirmation, we reached out to Olivia’s team and she did admit that she was wearing a goodnite (to be honest she really couldn’t have denied it.) When asked for further comment her team said that Olivia wears the training pants to “help with occasional accidents.” We also got assurances from Olivia that she would be making a more detailed statement about the matter soon. Could Olivia be the next goodnites ambassador? We don’t know, but with the success of her new album, the Disney+ star would be a great get for them.

Being one of the hottest celebrities in Hollywood, no one would suspect Sarah Hyland’s embarrassing secret. To Sarah, damp sheets and wet diapers in the morning were a familiar feeling. Doctors told her she had an underdeveloped bladder, it was a guessing game as to when she’d finally wake up to the incredible achievement of a dry pull up.

At first, she tried to resist it. She denied she even had a problem; the box of Goodnites in her wardrobe would beg to differ.

She remembered one particular time when she and her producers flew out to New York to shoot a special episode of Modern Family. She was over confident in her bladder’s abilities and when she fell asleep on the flight, she awoke in a puddle of pee. She’d soaked right through her pants, as the huge dark mark suggested. The most embarrassing moment of her life was telling her producer she needed a spare pair of pants to replace her pee soaked leggings. A close contender, though, would be her producer later suggesting she wear protection on flights from then on. As embarrassing as it was, they were right. From then on, Sarah had always been padded on a flight. And sitting in a wet pull up is nowhere near as bad as sitting in a pair of wet leggings.

The shame and embarrassment only got worse for her over the years. That was until she had a revelation. Perhaps she wasn’t the only celebrity who had bladder problems. Maybe if she spoke out, others would follow. After all, no one would suspect a beautiful young woman like Sarah Hyland to be a bedwetter. It would give other girls confidence, knowing that even the prettiest women have trouble staying dry.

From then on, Sarah became an outspoken ambassador for Goodnites nighttime underwear. She’d relied on Goodnites all her life to keep her dry and protected and stop any embarrassing leaks, so now it was her turn to give back. Plenty of celebrities followed her great example and Sarah even collaborated with many female celebrities on a Goodnites photo shoot, showing all those bedwetters and daywetters out there that even a pee soaked pull up can be sexy.

It had been 2 days since Buffy had defeated Inconar, the Chaos demon who was terrorising Sunnydale. Yet, the effects of his powers were still very much at the forefront of Buffy’s mind. 2 days ago, she was just a regular high school girl trying to navigate her senior year (with the slayer part on the side, of course) but now her life had taken a drastic turn.

It was the morning after her heroic victory that she noticed something was wrong. At 18, it was very unusual for Buffy to be wetting the bed, yet she woke up to soaked sheets and soaked pants. Of course, she shrugged it off, thinking it was just stress (she did have a lot of that, after all) but that wasn’t the end of it. On her way to class, she suddenly noticed an odd warm sensation running down her leg. Embarrassed, she quickly excused herself, much to the confusion of Xander and Willow. This had to be some form of black magic, an affect of the Chaos demon’s magic, but Buffy was too embarrassed to bring it up to her friends or Giles. They could probably help but how was she to tell them that she’d suddenly started wetting herself during the day?

When Buffy returned to school the next day, it was with some added ‘protection’. It was an unusual sight to see an 18 year old girl buying bed wetting pull ups meant for girls who still struggle with staying dry, but here she was. A pink goodnite hugging her snugly and a couple of spares in her bag to change into ‘just in case’ and Buffy was all set for her new life.

She knew that Willow and Xander suspected something was wrong. Maybe it was the way she kept adjusting the waistband to ensure she was comfortable. Or the soft crinkle under her clothes when she walked.

‘Something wrong, Buffy?’ Willow asked, concern in her voice.

Buffy shifted in her seat as she let out an uncontrollable stream of pee into her pull up. She felt it squish against her as she down sat in the filled goodnite.

‘...no, no I’m fine’ she replied uncertainly.

Though it was clear that something was wrong when Buffy abruptly got up from her desk and excused herself to go to the bathroom, taking her bag with her.

Once in the privacy of her own stall, Buffy slid off her wet, heavy pull up and began to wipe herself dry. She pulled a dry pull up out of her bag and slipped it on before wrapping up the wet one and throwing it in the trash. Gone were the days of sexy underwear and cute panties, this was Buffy’s new life. Her new panties also happened to be her bathroom and there was nothing sexy about that. In 2 days she’d been reduced to a pathetic pants wetter with the bladder control of a 2 year old.

The next few weeks were tough. Her leaks turned into tsunamis and eventually, her pull ups gave way, leading to some pretty embarrassing situations at school. She had to graduate to diapers (not the graduation she had in mind). Fighting demons and vampires in a wet saggy diaper is not the most ideal situation, but then again, neither is leaking in front of demons and vampires. And so, Buffy Summers, the Chosen One, the Slayer, the legendary warrior who had cheated death on multiple occasions was finally brought to her knees...by a wet diaper.
