WHA Winter Secret Gift Exchange 2020
Hello Witch Hat Atelier Fandom! It’s getting to be that time of year when the days turn darker sooner and it’s cold enough to pull out the heavy jackets. So this year I will be hosting the first ever secret gift exchange for Witch Hat Atelier!
I’ll lay out the dates first and foremost to make sure they’re clear from the very beginning:
Monday, Nov. 23 - Friday, Dec. 4th | Form Submissions
Saturday, Dec. 5th | Partner Assignments
Saturday, Dec. 6th - Thursday, Dec. 31st | Gift Creation
Friday, Jan. 1st | The gift exchange!
That’s the gist of it! I’m giving the whole of December a) because this is not specifically a Christmas event and b) it gives plenty of time for everyone to complete their gifts during such a hectic time!
For this gift exchange, you will choose a prompt that you want to recieve, and your secret gift giver will make something in that theme. This thing can be art, fanfiction, or even something physical! However, if you make something physical, keep in mind you’ll post photos of the physical thing as your submission, and you can discuss with the reciever of your gift afterwards if they are comfortable with you shipping their gift to them.
For people in the Discord Server, you can specifically ask for your gift to be directed at/recieved from someone within the server if you are more comfortable with the idea of shipping to someone within the server, if you plan on making a physical gift.
