OOOOH MY GOSH! I never knew about your riddle system! AGH! That's the coolest thing ever! I absolutely love riddles and puzzles and stuff like that, wow! Like good on you. Holy cow, what a cool interactive system.

Heyyy! You must not have been around for the original serasstorybook blog--the whole reason I even MADE Sera’s blog is because I thought a riddle system would be super fun. I’m glad you’re excited for it! Don’t forget to check back on old stories and riddles (and even the navigation page) because I update them with little secrets from time to time.

I've seen a huge constant in this community for a long time now and I think we should do something about it. I propose a new initiative, the Give an ask Get an ask initiative. Every day, send out three asks to different people, send asks to your friends who have been inactive lately and to people you've never spoken to before, blogs that haven't had much activity or muns that are sad they're not getting asks Help each other out!! Give an ask to get an ask, send an ask to someone new every day, send an ask to unpopular or small blogs that are still improving, to new blogs that haven't gotten off the ground yet, send someone that ask meme they reblogged 2 days ago and haven't gotten any replies about. Sera paced nervously along the halls of the library, stress lines beneath her eyes and her hair tied back in a messy ponytail. She looked like she hadn’t slept in days, which wasn’t exactly a lie, but if you asked her how she was she’d say she was fine.

Scattered across the desk at the front of the library were countless books and cryptic tomes written in archaic languages that were long-dead and impossible to understand. She’d been researching for god knows how long for an answer to what had happened to Alfred. He had suddenly revived, as if he’d stepped through time to the person he was before he’d died. Alfred didn’t remember the years he’d spent with Serabella, the years and hardships they experienced together. He didn’t even recognize Sera.

She could still hear the conversation ringing in her head; as if it were still happening, though it only happened about a week ago.

“Bella? I see you’ve enchanted yourself again. But the eyes are new, they look just like mine instead of your mothers this time!”

He’d thought Sera was his daughter. Alfred thought she was Belladonna…Sera didn’t have the heart to tell him the truth. So instead she buried herself in work, researching book after book for an answer to what happened to Alfred’s memories. Perhaps it truly was a time spell and this was the Alfred she watched perish so many years ago…

Defeated, Sera let herself fall to the floor, landing on her hands and knees as she tried to keep herself from crying. This was so hard…this was harder than anything she’d experienced in a long time, true she’d lived through wars and lost her entire family in a single night, but she always had Alfred there with her. Even when Jenny disappeared, even when he died and transformed into a Boo, even when everything crumbled around her, she’d always had Alfred there. And now…she was at a loss. For the first time in what felt like an eternity, Sera truly felt alone.
