Baby Echeveria sprout from a leaf cutting.

Welp, my Echeveria in my backyard didn’t make it and died after the snow storm that went through Texas last month. It turned into a pile of peach colored mushy leaves. 😣 Thankfully I had a few leaf cuttings set aside way before the freeze. I’m going to replant it. I find it so fascinating to watch this plant propagate and thrive 🌱💚

Pantone Smoothie 2635C, a mid-week blueberry treat.

INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup (1 scoop) @kuranutrition berry whey protein 1/3 cup soy milk 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/3 cup Blueberries ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice Stevia to taste

INSTRUCTIONS: Add a scoop of ice and blend it all together. Sprinkle some pretty almond flakes on top and finish with a zesty lemon wedge on the side.

Mix up a healthy light green shade to kick off that summer bod celebration.

½ cup almond milk ½ large banana 1 tbs PB ¼ cup of baby kale Honey to taste ice
