The goddess laughed as the people felt the pain of being torn to shreds. Oh the hilarity of it all. Maybe they would learn to praise her; maybe she should show them just how giving she could be. A smirk pulled at her lips as she waved her hand slightly. She would give them the supplies that the others had used to fight such beings. Who knows, maybe she would keep these Titans here for a long, long time. Maybe then these citizens would know just who they needed to thank, and praise. 

"Aren't I just so giving?"

The goddess has placed on each island more 3D maneuver gears, gas, and some food. And the event has been extended for a time that will be named later.

The goddess was bored with all of these people conversing and making friends.

     "How dull. I want action. I want bloodshed. I want a test."

It was then the beautiful goddess had a brilliant idea. Why not put these humans to the test? See how their bouts of friendship would withstand a struggle of epic proportions. Being that she was an all knowing goddess, she knew of the different struggles that other worlds seemed to endure. Why not bring some of those troubles here and see how people react? Ah, sweet chaos. Her mind drew from one land that she knew was on the brink of extinction with it's humanity. Why not see how these fools react to this trouble themselves? And maybe they will cry out for her help and realize just how lucky they are to have such a goddess as herself. 

With a sweep of her hand, large human like creatures began to sweep the different islands of Pandora. 

   "Let's see how your friendships deal with this. Will you stand together or fall apart?" 

With that, she chuckled haughtily and settled in for the show.

It appears that her citizens are hungry. Ordinarily, Pandora would be more than happy for them to satiate their hunger however they wished, but now? Well, the only one to acknowledge her presence beyond explaining the situation to her newest toys wasn't exactly polite about it. And so, with a simple wave of her hand, every scrap of food is whisked out of her box. 

All of it.

She'll put it back eventually, of course. Wouldn't want her little pets to starve. But maybe now they'll be forced to recognise her presence. 

[Just a little mini-event to last a day or so. As always, you're not required to take part.]

Love is in the air

...along with a whole mess of other things. The goddess Pandora isn't blind to festivals, but after her goodwill at throwing a grand Yule ball was hardly even remarked on and the citizens of her islands continued to complain and conspire, she wasn't feeling particularly benevolent. 

She is also not blind to the obvious fact that their relationships are very important to her little toys. So that's what she targets.

With a simple wave of her hand, both Lumen and Tenebris begin to twist the relationships and emotions of the people living there. Those that hated each other suddenly can't get enough of each other. Lovers decide they can't stand the sight of the other. Friends fall out, or worse.

Of course, the goddess can't even begin to imagine all the specific reactions her subjects could have to her little trick. It wouldn't be any fun if she could.

This event will run until the 28th of February, but threads are of course allowed to run longer. Have fun, and happy Valentines day!

Since you asked for event suggestions... How about having the dragon of Tenebris and the pegasus of Lumen have a little fight? They could start a contest about their citizens and try to "convert" as many people as they can for their own island - by any means necessary. We also never had a festival at the temples, as it is mentioned in the description of them. So maybe we could have one of those? That's all I can think of now on the top of my head.

Those sound great! I think what we need is an event coordinator who would work on all the events. It seems every time we try to have one all of us mods tend to get a bit busy. Perhaps someone would like to become our event coordinator and would be in charge of things like this? Would you guys enjoy that?

Hi mods! Are you planning to make another event soon? Maybe for Valentines Day or so? If it gets announced early enough, more people might sign up for it and I think it would be really great to have another event with randomly mixed pairs, just like the one we had for Halloween. :-)

Can I suggest that the Yule Ball Event be done with assigned partners to those who don't have one already? As in Pandora puts them together, placing a magical bind on the two that forces them to stay together for the rest of the night? Perhaps those who want to participate can sign up and be randomly assigned? It's just a suggestion! Ehehe...

Very good idea! All right, if you'd like to attend the ball, send a message to Pandora Event and yours truly (or whatever mod happens to be online at the time) will pair you up with someone else. This ought to be fun...

Yule Ball

Even the goddess can feel the holiday spirit blooming within her world. As unexpected joy infects her islands, she decides to reward the civilians for surviving another year. As a gesture of goodwill, she throws a ball for all citizens to come together and enjoy the change from one year to the next. 

The ball will be held from December 27-January 3rd on Lumen, but all may attend without fear of retribution from their guardian. To invite a date, simply send a poinsettia to the desired person in an ask.

hey if you were wanting an event maybe you could throw like a yule ball kind of thing for christmas/new year. like a sort of neutral ground kind of thing where pandora decides to be a bit benevolent and just throw a nice dance? idek.

» Dance for your Goddess

The Goddess is bored. But even more than that, she’s upset- angry at the people within her box. Complaining and going against her, she wants to make it known just who’s in charge around here, and it’s not the people with sins or virtues emblazoned on their skin.

So she decides on a prank, one that will bring laughter and entertainment to those above her box and terror and fear to her playthings.

Everyone has enemies- someone they have to get rid of to make things peaceful once again, from those who cause mass destruction to the schoolyard bullies- although she’s not interested in the latter in the slightest.

So with a wave of her hand she brings forth those who can do the most damage to their hearts, bodies and minds and sits back to watch the show. They’re not real of course, simply images spread out amongst the inhabitants of her cities to wreak havoc. They won’t last long, just enough to spread panic and maybe cause a few deaths. 

However one thing went wrong and she forgot to make them completely invincible, so they still have all the weaknesses they do naturally, meaning the citizens of Pandora may just have a fighting chance.

Those who die, will be reborn soon enough as usual, however they’ll be weaker and keep getting weaker each time they get hurt or are killed- over and over and over, and they’ll be assaulted with memories of the creatures they do know.

Have fun, citizens.

Dance for your Goddess.

You may request certain antagonists from series if you wish, otherwise they’ll be pulled at random. Not every fandom will bring forth something during this event- and of those that do, any amount of different creatures may be summoned.

If you wish to request an antagonist/character/creature to have been summoned by Pandora, please send a message to [this] account in order to keep the masterlist inbox clean and orderly. All requested things will be on the list of things wandering around.

The event will take place Saturday December 1st-Saturday December 8th officially, however threads may be continued past that point. The 8th is the cut off date to start threads. A list of antagonists/creatures/characters that will be summoned will be posted on Friday as well as Saturday so that everyone can see it.

Arrancar vs Nobody

Looking at the mass destruction that the Arrancar had left, no doubt because the self-proclaimed Superior had dodged it, Pandora wasn't please with it. Lumen was created for the sinners to go and wash their sins, just so they could be forever trapped inside Tenebris. It had appeared that none of these two individuals would even think about washing their sins. 

"Tch...Fools...Destroying half of Lumen like that..."

The Goddess was utterly displeased by this, but there was nothing that she could do. They had given her something to be entertained about, but in returned a small part of her world had been destroyed. Well, those fools could try and rebuild it. She was not going to do it herself.

And so, Pandora started raining down woods. Yes, woods! Whoever get hit with these woods would be there fault for even standing at the spot they'd be falling to.

I would like to suggest a event! 

I was wondering if Amidatelion could "accidentally" summon a few creatures and it would raise the creature count in the forests and creatures would attack the village more often. 

Sure sounds great!

★ Pigs

She had rained down pigeons once, didn't she? Now, she thought that these underlings could use some bit of a laugh. Or maybe she needed one. Shrugging, she waved her hand over her box, a small mischievous smirk adorning her features.

"Come, piggies, rain down your awesomeness to those that need you."

The sky tore apart, only to serve as a passageway for a horde of pigs flying out of it. Yes, they can fly. And yes, they have wings.

This will last for approximately two days. 

Have fun flying, little piggies.

♒ Boredom

The Goddess Pandora is bored. Very, very bored. With the zombies roaming about her world, not to mention her citizens going semi-insane, she just couldn't help herself but yawn. She wanted something else. Something to ease this boredom, but what?

After a much needed contemplation, the Goddess had finally found a way to entertain herself. And so, opening a small portal so that she could let a golden light shine down toward both Tenebris and Lumen, she began to speak, as if the golden light was a speaker phone. 

"My lovely citizens, I will be giving you a gift. This gift will determine whether you have it in you to entertain me, or not."

With that said, she cast a spell on every single one of the citizens. And what is this spell, do you ask? Well, a spell that would make you have the urge to sing! Just one song, one simple song and the spell will vanish. But here's a trick to it. Tenebris citizens will have to sing a depressing song, while Lumen will have to sing a happy song. If you can't do it, there will be a punishment. And who knows what kind of punishment that the Goddess would have in store for them.
