plateauing 😩 haven't lost all week. v low res/fasting during the day then b/p cycling in evening but i am an effective purger and get everything up and have lost like this many many times so idk what is going on but it's making me want to tear my skin off.

ffs i'm gonna top myself the girl i was sort of trying to date just heard me purging and when i came out of the bathroom she had the most pitying look on her face then she asked me outright and i laughed it off but there's no way she believe me and idk how i am going to see her again because so much of our stuff centres around food and i need to purge. also i am absolutely mortified. gonna bleach my brain level.

apparently i can purge hands free now. on one hand it's great because it's so much easier, hurts less and i won't have to worry about losing my gag reflex but also should it have happened after less than 6 months of not even purging regularly, pretty much first time i try without even having to press on my stomach...
