5 lyrics that describe your life right now
Your favourite colour is green// It reminds you of the summer you turned three running through sprinklers on your street// summer child, conan gray
I'm tired of waitin', I was never good at sports// Save the games for the girls on the tennis court// sports, beach bunny
Turn to strike my face// Always second place// Tell me again, why is it I// Never can do anything right?// hot rod, dayglow
Then I see you, you're walking 'cross the campus// campus, vampire weekend
Wishing you would kindly get out of my head about it// cool about it, boygenius

Do you prefer to give or receive?
I'm better at earning than receiving, so giving it is, I suppose.
Whether or not I'm good at it is an entirely different question.

How do you feel about stars?
They're gorgeous, and mesmerizing. Stargazing remains my favourite way to pass the time when the lights are out, or if I'm not in the city.
They're quite charming.

[Nada looks puzzled at his wide-eyed expression, but decides to shrug it off.]
See you around, golden boy.
[Nada rolls their eyes as they (barely) listen to Aurelius drone on and on about a topic that had come up in their last class together. They didn't remember how the argument had started, only that he was obviously wrong.]
Uh-huh. Right.
[They lazily slip a hand into their pocket, and pull out a fruit sticker sheet. Before he can finish his next sentence, they stick an orange right on his cheek.]
— @paperback-ashes
[He’s caught off guard, stopping mid-sentence to look at Nada. His tail flicks slightly, eyes boring into theirs as his confusion and stubborn irritation is still written all over his face.]
Did you just- alright- still, regardless of that, my point is made abundantly clear. I just don’t-

So, you can be correct. That wasn't so hard.
[Their words drip with satisfaction, clearly very proud of their work.]
We have another class in like, a minute. You should clean up. Oh, and I met a friend of yours— Psi, I think— maybe take a photo or two for them. I think they'd enjoy it.

That... wasn't meant to be an option, but okay.
[They crumble the empty sheet, and shove it inside a pocket. The way they grin at his sticker-covered face, it's like they want to commit it to memory.]
It's a good look on you. Not as good as me, but, you know, good enough.

Right. Right, of course.
[They look down, realizing that they had used up almost the entire sticker sheet— except for one.]
[Turning back to him, they offer the remaining sticker.]
Where do you want it? Your choice.

What's wrong?
[Small, barely contained snickers interrupt their sentence. It's like they can't look at him without grinning anymore.]
Cat got your tongue?

[They mindlessly nod along to his words, occasionally butting in with their own opinion, but mostly fixated on covering the rest of him in cat stickers.]
This one really suits you.
[Right in between his eyebrows, they press on a grumpy cat.]
And, for the record, that particular point only applies if you disregard like, eighty percent of the article.

[Eventually, they pull out another sheet, this one larger than the other, and quickly pick out what looks like a crying cat to adorn it on his other cheek.]
[They don't even try to hide the soft chuckle that escapes them.]
I think I have all the proof I need. Debating with you used to be a challenge, you know?

Tch- yet another incorrect argument. Come on, you can do better than that. Lost your spark, golden boy?
[They make it a point to keep their tone playful. This was more a petty argument than an academic debate, and they knew not to take it too far.]
[Eventually, they shove the sticker sheet back in their pocket and start searching their bag— something about 'having better stuff than fruits'.]

Right. Of course, it won't. It also won't change the fact that your argument is irrelevant and misinformed at best.
[Pineapple it is.]
[They reach over, and try to stick it perfectly at the centre of his forehead.]
Suits you. Very prickly.

Depends. Are you just going to let me?
[Their tone is partially challenging and partially teasing, as they contemplate the next sticker— watermelon, or pineapple?]

Mhm, totally. For sure.
[They've given up on arguing back, and instead search the sheet with a plotting look while biting back a grin.]

Do you have a collection of stickers? If so, what kinds?
I have a drawer full... and then some.
My biggest collection is the one I got on my 21st birthday. It has basically every sticker anyone would need in a life time. My favourite sheet is the paper stars one. I don't know why. They're simply fun.
There's a few dozen of just animals. I have a sheet of entirely orange cats. There's also some 3D ones in there that I rarely use.
The cheaper ones I put on myself, because I have to peel them off eventually and can't use them again. Some special ones are on my notebooks.
Then, there's the ones I got as a kid-
