This is just a sketch tho, design will definitely change since im currently not particularly happy about the clothing patterns (lore clarification below)

Im not set on his lore yet, probably will side with Affogato during the episode 13 (Heron is easily manipulated through promises of release from his intense duties + more betrayal for Caramel Arrow as Bitter Heron coldly escorts her to the gate + they're both twinks and that's funny, laugh) and then joins the main character squad during episode 14 after crying his eyes out apologizing to Dark Cacao or sumthing

The part where Caramel picks him up is meant to be like 3-4 years before he joined the watchers, i meant to just say Caramel Arrow's like an older sister, but by the way i wrote it in the pic, i accidentually made her sound like a mother lmao
