Last year my list of #resolutions was SO LONG. Not doing that again. . While I didn't get most of my resolutions accomplished and it was a bad year all around- One positive thing that came out of it was I finally started hitting my #fitness #goals. Working out at home has turned out to be a blessing and forced me to rethink how I #workout, resulting in higher intensity full body workouts and better results. 2020 was an awful year. Way too many people were lost this year and my heart and condolences go out to all those families visited by tragedy this year. This includes my own family which lost our dear grandmother Bessie Tufts at age 99. She lived quite a life and did quite well to make it to 99, happy and chipper and loving all the way. The nightmare is finally over. Looking forward to these two leading the country and restoring order and normalcy. In times like these it's ever important to lean on your support structures and those around you. Don't be afraid to reach out if you are struggling and reach out to friends and family members that may be struggling themselves. We will get through this together and it will pass. . . . . In these crazy times I find it helpful to look back at moments I enjoyed in nature and what a better time than on #earth #day! 🌎 . In may of 2017 I went to Yosemite after one of the wettest winters in recent history. Hiking up the Yosemite falls hike, the sound of record volumes of water gushing over the falls and into the rocks below roared ominously from the clouds above us and reverberated throughout the valley. The shear power and volume of water pummeling the severe rock faces every second was humbling and beautiful and I couldn't help but reflect on the elegant and unforgiving nature of mother earth and our place on it. It was yet another magical time in Yose that gives me solace in these times. . I look forward to when I can return 🙌. Hope the animals are enjoying their respite from ppl . Stay safe and sane out there people! And please stay inside and practice social distancing! 🙏 . A big shout-out and thanks to all the healthcare workers on the frontlines risking their health and safety to help others and get us through these tough times! You guys are true heroes! 12 weeks ago I embarked on a journey with #hackreactor and left everything I built in LA behind. It was a tough decision and a sudden one that caused me a great amount of anxiety and stress. My biggest fear is that I might regret that decision later. But I can honestly say 12 weeks later that I have absolutely no regrets. It's been an amazing experience that has exceeded my expectations. Very excited for what's ahead and for building my life here in #norcal and #thebay and being close to family again. This is a double #april #fools April fool's... I have officially not not moved out of LA! . It's been 5 years in LA as of a few days ago and while much of that time has been a struggle and I have often complained about LA, I have come to really like it and will really miss it. . I definitely have a bone to pick with much of the industry in LA but have the utmost respect and admiration for the ppl in it . Here's to new adventures and a new home!
