This is how my friend Arij feels. She is the sole provider for her children. She lives in gaza and has to face horrors everyday. And all she wants is to be able to feed her daughters Talia and Maryam. To do that she needs your help. Maryam is sickly and needs fresh food to reviver and prices are exorbitant due to Israel blocking any aid from entering gaza. Multiple times i have been the only thing keeping food in their mouth and enabling Arij to pay rent to keep off the street. But I cant do it alone.

Being the only person her babies have and carrying them through such horrors is a heavy burden on my friend. She often has to pretend to cook for her children when they're hungry in hopes to give them some solace. This clip she sent me encapsulates her desperation.
