So… I’ve changed a few details about certain plot points, I was thinking about designs, and I even thought about how the story would be set up…and I think I truly got it now! Well, I had it months ago, but I had to wait for Season 15 to finish airing officially before sharing it. (And yes, I know we had Squidina’s outfits revealed in the ads. I’d rather wanted to be safe than sorry, just in case of the episode not airing on the scheduled date.) Now, without further ado, let me share the information about-

Karen Beauty

Name: Karen Beauty

Portrayed by: Karen Plankton

The main character in the story. Being built by Queen Sandra as her heir, she’s put up on a high pedestal. This is brought to an extreme level after she gets cursed, meaning that she has to be extra careful when outside of the castle, along with wearing an air helmet at all times. Her outfit on the other hand…she just wears that because her royal attire can get caught in her wheels.

During one of her visits outside of her home, she meets Prince Philip Plankton and Prince Sampson, becoming friends with them. Overtime, she and Philip become more than friends, leading to her, on the day of her planned coronation, to roll off to go meet up with him…only for it to fail when she crashes into Squidinacent, thus accidentally activating her curse.

Don’t worry. She gets saved by Prince Philip Plankton. After going through the curse, she manages to give Squidinacent the forgiveness that the squid thought she’d never get, the Conch Street Fae a whole hearted thanks, and truly tells Philip that she loves him. With Queen Sandra approving her relationship and pushing back the coronation until the princess is ready to take the lead, she and Philip live happily ever after.

Name: Prince Philip Plankton (aka Prince Plankton)

Portrayed by: Sheldon J Plankton

The best friend to Prince Sampson Krabs. From the day the two princes were born, people were excited to see two new heirs, but the excitement wasn’t for long as both pairs of parents went missing, leaving the princes under the care of “Betty Whale’s Foster Care”.

As the years passed, the two princes became friends, never letting the other forget about it, and they did pretty much everything together. By the time they become adults, they meet Karen Beauty for the first time, leading to good friendship between them and her.

During the climax, Sampson and Philip hear from the Conch Street Fae about what happened to Karen Beauty and they both decide to go over to try and help her out, and once they both reach her, Philip breaks the curse with the kiss of true love. After a long felt reunion, and an approval of the relationship by Queen Sandra, Prince Philip Plankton and Karen Beauty lived happily ever after, together as partners for life.

Name: Squidinacent Star

Portrayed by: Squidina Star

She’s the younger sister to Fauntrick Star, and even though she’s the “villain” of the tale, she’s more of a teenager who makes mistakes. This is clear when she accidentally gives Karen Beauty the curse of eternal sleep from water behind the screen; all she was talking about was how she was late and wished that she could get a quick nap in before giving her gift. Luckily for her, the curse does get softened.

As the years pass by, she’s thinking on how she can make it up to Karen Beauty after accidentally cursing her on that fateful day, so she decides to prepare a gift! By the time it is complete, and she’s heading to meet up with Queen Sandra, she and Karen accidentally crash into each other. This crash results in not only the gift breaking, but also Karen Beauty’s air helmet to break, thus activating the softened curse.

Surprisingly, she only panics for a bit before calling up the Conch Street Fae, explains the situation, and not only makes Karen Beauty comfortable in her cursed sleep mode, but also helps the Conch Street Fae with putting the rest of the castle to sleep as well. During the part where Fauntrick suggests to get the two princes, Squidinacent offers to stay behind and watch over everyone so no one tries to ruin the castle or hurt the royal family.

It’s only after Karen Beauty’s curse is broken that Squidinacent truly apologizes to the princess about her mistakes…and Karen forgives her, since if the curse was never accidentally cast and/or activated, she and Philip wouldn’t have been able to get together in the way they did. The end of the story sees her truly working with her brother and his friends as the fourth member of the Conch Street Fae.

Names: FlorBob SquarePants, Fauntrick Star, and Squiddyweather Tentacles (aka The Conch Street Fae)

Portrayed by: SpongeBob SquarePants (FlorBob), Patrick Star (Fauntrick), and Squidward Tentacles (Squiddyweather)

These three are neighbors who all live on Conch Street. At the start, they attend the introduction ceremony for Karen Beauty and give her each one gift; two being gifts from the heart and one being to save her life. Over the years, they make frequent visits to the castle, making sure that Karen Beauty is okay, but when it comes time for her originally scheduled coronation, they pull out all the stops!

FlorBob decorates the castle, Fauntrick makes a cake…even though Karen Beauty’s a robot, and Squiddyweather makes the special dress. All three things go smoothly and everything’s ready…but shortly after sundown, that takes a huge nosedive when they get the call from Squidinacent, causing them to make up an excuse to leave, meet up with her, and work to make sure that the princess isn’t alone while within her curse.

At some point during the process, Squiddyweather realizes that someone within the kingdom could help and Fauntrick suggests getting the princes. This brings the Conch Street Fae to find Prince Plankton and Prince Sampson. While it did take a bit of time, and quite a bit of convincing, they help the two princes get over to Karen Beauty and see Prince Plankton saving Karen with the kiss of true love.

The ending consists of Fauntrick and Squidinacent hugging each other in happiness since they’ll be working together just like when they were younger, FlorBob adopts a snail to which he names Garold Wilson Jr (aka Gary), and Squiddyweather finally decides to take a step in his creative direction…which actually works!

How the Conch Street Fae Act

-FlorBob: The unofficial leader of the group and the most cheerful. Whenever things go wrong, he always looks for the positive side of the situation, but sometimes, he knows when to be serious. Yes, when he first saw Karen Beauty in her cursed state, he did cry a bit, but that’s because he genuinely cared about her and her future. And after hearing the idea of putting the rest of the castle to sleep until the curse was broken, his tears ceased and went through with it. Overall, he acts like the best parts of SpongeBob, while giving a fae twist.

-Fauntrick: Most of the time, this sea star isn’t the brightest, but on the occasion he does have an idea, it shines brightly. He also cares about those he knows, especially his little sister. All around, he can be the most silly out of the trio, but knows that he can be a hero in the right circumstances.

-Squiddyweather: Egotistical, wishing that life would go his way, and the smartest of the trio, Squiddyweather makes it clear that he doesn’t usually like the silliness. In fact, most of the time, he’s trying to get FlorBob and Fauntrick to stop being so silly! But even he can’t be so serious, especially once the softened curse activates and leads to him needing to use one of his talents, playing the clarinet, to help them on their way…in a silly fashion, too. In conclusion, he’s the most serious, but can get silly on occasion.

Name: Queen Sandra Cheeks

Portrayed by: Sandy Cheeks

As a land squirrel from Texas, Sandra wasn’t the most natural squirrel. For years, she wanted to become a scientist to study underwater life, and she got her wish when traveling to Bikini Bottom…but she was also quick to become the new queen of the underwater town that she came to, all because of King and Queen Krabs, along with King and Queen Plankton, being missing in action.

Over the years, she continued her studies while also ruling over the town with a kind, yet wet, furry hand. At some point, during her studies, she began to hear the words of the people, wondering who her heir will be, and so, she begins creating Karen Beauty.

Throughout the rest of the tale, she works to juggle being a scientist, a queen, and a protective mother to make sure Karen Beauty stays safe. By the end of the story, she approves of Karen’s relationship with Prince Plankton and announces that her studies of Bikini Bottom has come to an end, focusing on being the queen for as long until Karen’s ready to take the throne.

Name: Prince Sampson Krabs

Portrayed by: Eugene Krabs

This story is more amusing than funny, but I might as well share it.

Back when I was in my junior year of high school, a baby pretty much saved the show.

Yes. A baby saved the show! It's hard to believe, but it's true!

The show in question was for "The Little Mermaid". (It was originally going to be a version of Cinderella, but they couldn't get things worked out in time.) Everyone involved was practicing their lines, songs, and/or dances, all while still doing school stuff. Now, either sometime in January or February, we were told that the show would be moved up a week.

For context, at the school I went to, we usually did the spring musicals during the second full weekend of March. This show was going to be performed the first full weekend. And the reason for the change was because the director was pregnant and the normal weekend was her due date.

This gave us less time, but we pulled on through, eventually putting on the three shows; one on March 6th, one on March 7th, and one on March 8th. We all had our own struggles, Daylight Savings Time had everyone screwed over during our final show, and that's not even mentioning on how I had been working on two written stories during the same time frame. Anyway, our shows went great, there wasn't too many injuries, we tore down the set after the last show, had a cast and crew dinner, and then went home so we could have a proper night's sleep and have the next day off from school.

Now, you might be wondering how the show got saved. It seemed perfectly normal. Well, this particular thing happened in 2020. And do you know what started in the USA on March 13th? That's right; the pandemic lockdown! The time where theater shows were getting stopped left and right, where schools had to get lucky timing to even perform them, and that if you got that first weekend, it's either perform to not that many people or let all of the hard work go down the toilet.

The high school I went to almost had to deal with the tough choice of not performing the show, but the director's baby being due during the original weekend saved the show from facing that reality! All of us were unaware of the pandemic while preparing for the shows, but the following days after, we all were probably thinking how lucky we were in that moment. I know that I was lucky.

All a true story.

Apparently my director went to see a production of West Side Story a few years ago, and the guy playing Chino forgot his gun before coming out for his final scene. Once it got to the big scene where he is supposed to shoot Tony, he screeched “Poison Boots” and kicked the actor playing Tony until he went down. The girl playing Maria then had to jerk the shoe off of Chino’s foot, and had to do the gunshot scene asking “How many kicks Chino? How many kicks, and one kick left for me”.

Yes, it’s true. Two heroes are here to help…and they are ZigZag and Alphonse!

Two more heroes, a brother and sister duo, in Umi City who usually help out in the night, but didn’t want to miss the event happening that day. They saw what happened and knew that they had to help Geo and Bot in anyway they can, to which Geo and Bot both go along with.

Not only does the journey begin to stop the Troublemakers, but Geo also finds out something very important. While the relationship between siblings always stays, a true sibling is formed when the familial bond between them is strong enough that they’d do anything to save them, including saving the day in Umi City. Those words inspire him to prove that he can be a true sibling to Milli. To save her, just like the time she saved him and Bot…

And…that honestly sums up the idea so far. Never could figure out the ending, the obstacles, or even if ZigZag and Alphonse would join the team after that adventure. Maybe nowadays, I can figure out the story and publish it. It’ll just take time…

Well, time and hoping that my brain will let me stick to the same idea to flesh it out enough.

So, as being someone who had a pretty embarrassing fear growing up, I was the one to avoid it as much as I could, but if I caught it, I’d usually watch it as exposure to help conquer the fear.

Unfortunately, what I didn’t realize until 2020, while stuck in a quarantine, I only then realized that I kept getting ideas for AUs and fanfics for other series and pieces of media based off of that episode (and its sequel episode when I eventually got around to watching that). One of these ideas only sprouted up after ANOTHER episode with a similar premise, but done differently. This got me to think; “There’s an episode where Bot needs help, there’s one where Geo AND Bot need help, and this episode has UmiCar needing help, but what would happen if Milli needed the help?”

That’s when my brain started an idea based off of that one episode that gave me the embarrassing childhood fear.

That’s when the premise of this idea began to take shape.

A project that originally had the working title of “Sleeping Milli”, but soon had the chance to…

“To Save a Sister”

And it all starts with a magical blueberry…

Well, it actually starts within Umi City, where it’s “National Siblings Day”; a day where all of the siblings come together and playfully compete for the winner of best siblings. It’s all for fun, nothing too serious. And for Milli and Geo, they both get involved with the event, with Bot being a watchful eye over the event with the other adults.

Unfortunately, trouble was going to come much sooner than expected, as Big Trouble and Little Trouble have come to ruin the event via potions that they stole from Zeppo the Wizard sometime before the plot begins. They use the potions, causing many pairs of siblings to get affected by them, and one of those potions would be used against Milli.

Bot and Geo were trying to keep everyone calm during this point, and Milli didn’t notice it happening at that moment, but she would soon notice a magical blueberry coming towards her, to which she accepted. Geo tried to stop her, but it was too late. That magical blueberry had a few drops of an altered version of the super sleeping potion, and when Milli had it…well…

Yeah… She was completely under the potion’s effects. Geo couldn’t believe what he saw and immediately skated toward his sister, hoping that she could get out of those effects. By the time Bot noticed, he realized that all of the effects that came from Zeppo’s potions and decided to call the wizard up. That’s when he found out that the Troublemakers had stolen Zeppo’s potions, along with how they altered one of them to have a different effect; an effect that can only be broken by the hug of a true sibling.

Now, it’s up to Geo and Bot to go and save the day, but without Milli, how is that possible? And how does one become a true sibling? Well, two unexpected, and tiny, heroes can help them.

So, I’ve been watching Plankton: The Movie recently, and I realized something. When Plankton is going through his hallucination empathy trip, before things take a turn for the worse, we see a Tunnel of Love-like memory lane of his memories with Karen.

Not only do we see memories from earlier in the movie, along with brand new moments, but we also see another appearance from Spot and…an unexpected appearance from Chip; Plankton and Karen’s son.

It’s a blink and you’ll miss it cameo, but Chip is visible, as a baby, in Karen’s hands, right in the movie!
