The svsss world loves him, would absolutely make sure he stays alive because duh that's their dad. but would only sometimes listen to his suggestions about changing some stuff, if they feel like the idea is fun/in line with their own reality because they still wants to develop independently, and also because they're still low-key mad/annoyed at him for nearly destroying them in the original timeline (the merging of realms by bingge) and want to fuck with him sometimes

The unironically funniest thing about TCF is Cale giving his people food, home, shelter and everything under the sun, only to turn around be utterly flabbergasted, bamboozled, confounded about why they tf adore him so much.

Imagine being that bad at being trash. This dude had a literal crisis over how rudely he'd been treating his friend's elder all while the big bad evil guy of the entire effing novel was chucking literal dead mana at his head. And then monologued about how good of a person Choi Han was for not getting mad at him.

And then grinning to himself, nodding approvingly, deluding himself that he is, indeed, successful at being trash.

In this AU, before Alberu aware of Cale's "usefulness", he is already the kingdom's "dog" under Zed

No one trully aware about Cale's role for the kingdom

And, yes, in this AU he killed his father, step-mother, and half-sister

And in this AU, Basen is not aware about Cale conditions so he misunderstood and truly resent Cale for what he did

Alberu only aware about Cale situation after he became the crown prince and since then, he want him (just like how the emperor want Deon)

Why Demon King = White Star/Adin?

If it's TBOAH where White Star exist, lets say that Zed already has suspicion on ARM and sent Cale to investigate and that's how WS aware of his existence and take a liking to him.

So WS already has his eyes on Cale even before Alberu know about Cale.

If it's TBOAH where White Star doesn't exist, the started of Adin obsession is when he accidently encounter Cale who take a vacation to Mogoru Empire.

And that's the started of the battle between two crown princes, two manipulators, to get Cale on their side.

I like stoic Cale, but I LOVE childish Cale more. For example:

When he was truly acting like a child while disguised as Naru.

When Alberu threatened him with the prime minister post.

When he got jealous of the fact that HD has smoother skin than him.

When he sat on the ground and almost cried thinking that he won't get any money from (?) world.

When he complained to Eruhaben about that pervert dragon.

When he panicked during Eden's birth and asked for Clopeh's help.

(There were more moments when Cale acted childishly. But I can't remember those right now.)

A sweet reminder that while Cale winning against the White Star seemed one-sided and refreshing, it absolutely wasn't the case.

Reading tboah shows how shrewd and ruthless the ws actually was; most of the tcf cast had faced brutal ends by his hands, if not all. Its only Cale that made him become a white radish, a sore loser.

The thing is–all we read in tcf were Cale's meticulous plans and the consequent wins, so much so that at some point all his fam worried for was his health, and never his plans going awry.

But yk, what about Cale? What did he feel when thrown into the middle of a war, fighting against beasts he had only read about, and with thousands of eyes depending on him, watching his every move with awe? He had experience as the Team Leader, but did familiarity lessen his burden?

So, fic writers, here's the thing-

Have him breaking down in the middle of night, all alone in his room, as his heart pounds in fear at the thought of losing his loved ones again.

The next morning he wakes up as his usual indifferent self, checking reports and strategising in ways that make him seem all the more reliable.

Have him absolutely losing his mind at even the smallest mistakes–maybe spilling a splotch of ink on an important document–and saying the most self-deprecating stuff to himself over it.

Have him skip meals and avoid any sleep for days because Records are acting up again and all he can do is drown in work and let the days pass. The Vitality of the Heart wouldn't let him die anyway.

Have the others see him as such a reliable and fearless hero (which is canon).

And have him hide his trembling hands under his coat because the kids are on the battlefield and if he makes one mistake then it's all over again.

Have him hide it all from his family—because allowing himself such vulnerability is something that would never even cross his mind, let alone showing it to the others.

SVSSS AU/Fic prompt where at the abyss LBH demon hearing kicks in and he hears approaching cultivators and can hear his Shizuns heart and it's not calm as his Shizun is pretending he can tell he's scared and 'deduces' he's trying to protect him, that he's in danger and he's trying to ave them both. So willingly jumps in abyss. As soon as he gets out he sneaks back in to the peak to reunite will a very confused SQQ.

Or sillier idea, demon hearing kicks in and LBH can hear approaching cultivators and all the noises form the abyss and can't actually tell what SQQ is saying. He hears heavenly demon and abyss and approaching cultivators and only way out so jumps, later realizes his Shizun was protecting him and spends his years in the abyss kicking himself for 'not listening' to what SQQ was saying sure he was explaining a plan or giving advice on the abyss or even telling him how to get out!

More silly he doesn't just get distracted by noises but other senses and and picking up his Shizun's scent and visage with new improved senses he gets distracted and doesn't fully listen.

LBH: Stupid, stupid this is why NYY kept scolding me about listening to lectures and not staring at Shizun.
