Apocalyptic ponyo au! Tempest things that I NEED to get out of my head

-I decided that the injured pectoral fin was due to a attack, possibly from another mer(y'know the wild mers if I'm right)

-i decided that he will probably have the fish equivalent of asma,since according to google,Manta rays constantly move due to the fact that if they stop water would also stop cycling in and out of their gills(if I'm right)

-he was brought to an aquarium for 'conservation efforts'

-the humans in charge of him are required to make him move in his tank,at least two times a day so the mf doesn't suffocate from fish asma

-if he were to meet jazz or prowl,or just any mer that's a:

Shark

Orca

Anything big enough to try and eat him

He would feel very intimidated,or uncomfortable.
