- 3 paper cups filled with food per day:
• 1 with veggies
• 1 with carbs (i’d recommend oatmeal!)
• 1 with whatever you want it to be filled with
- sweets and fast food are not allowed
- workout a little everyday (about 10-15min or go for a walk!)
