On hiatus until June 2026!

I’m taking a break from the fandom (and most of my socials) to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! I’m so excited to meet new people and find ways to serve them, but I’m going to miss the loa fandom (and also actual loa) so much. You guys are amazing; this is such a cool fandom full of so many cool people. I’m so excited to see what I’ve missed while I’m gone, bc I KNOW Legends of Avantris and their fans are gonna keep cooking.

Since the holiday toy drive post is circulating again, I figured this would also be helpful! Food insecurity is such a massive problem in America, in general, and if you have the means to help feed others, I think you should take that opportunity. Here are some other tips:

1. If you’re planning on donating items from your own pantry, please check the expiration dates on the packaging. Think of your donations as gifts to bestow, not castoffs to be rid of. It’s awful to think of people feeling like they got scraps someone else just didn’t want. Everyone deserves dignity with their meals.

2. If you’d rather give money to a food bank, that’s also great since they buy food in bulk and know what items are most wanted/needed!

3. Not everyone has access to appliances like stoves or microwaves or hot plates so if you can donate items that don’t need to be heated up, that would also be greatly appreciated!

MAJOR Spoilers for Stardust Rhapsody ep 10 below the cut:

I thought the beginning was sad enough, but the ending? I’m truly devastated. Rett and Pyke’s reactions to Dandy being taken, Kavir’s sacrifice… I’d had his death spoiled for me by the comments (by accident no less; youtube skipped to the next episode and I didn’t notice until it was too late), and thought I’d braced myself for it, but Leboosh begging him to stay had me in tears. And Rett leaving Leboosh to try and free Dandy so that he could bring Pyke back to the ship, even though it killed them both to do it? Chuckles standing behind the rest of the group crowding around Kavir, for once lost and afraid, as if unsure if he belonged in this moment, as a part of this family?

What an incredible episode. Now take it back Mace:)

Szare sharing thoughs

All of mikeys characters that i know so far are so fucking cool. I mean comparing barnabos gricko and sarnax they are all SO very different. In terms of personality, problem solving approaches etc theyre very different and yet. When it comes to more serious stuff they all meet together and are so very based. Apart from how charming and wonderful and deep and intersting all these characters i feel like theyre easy for me to love because i do simply agree with them. And if these views reflect mikeys then this is such a cool example of how you can put yourself into the things you create and yet theyre not repetitive or dull. Idk just a thought.
