social media is an easy place to fool people. easy to fake a smile and have everyone think you're living the perfect life. that of course is not true but people will still believe it. that's why someone like you being open about struggles is awesome. people push toxic agendas on social media but seeing people who have struggles still succeed and live their best life is important. you're a wife and a mom and obviously successful, which makes the message so impactful. i'm a very touchy person, so i would love a hug. always.

That's how I like to look at it, and I am lucky to be able to have a platform to shine light on things that really mean a lot to me. It's so hard to show a side of you online that you don't necessarily love, or want people to see. Social media can be so nasty sometimes. I've seen the good side of it too though, and the messages that made me cry because I was told that I got someone through something. So that's worth it for me. Oh, I like that one. So you're saying when I see you in person again I have permission to give you a hug?

we really have been globe trotting recently, but this is exactly what i wanted. maybe just a tad bit less work thrown in and it would be the perfect schedule. one more week before i have to leave you and i'm not excited about that at all. i can stay with you in toronto until sunday morning and then i have to fly out. i should be back in town early july though, so hopefully it'll only be a little over two weeks that we're apart. how're you feeling about filming starting?/ @samthyne

with all the travelling we've being doing lately, i'm pretty surprised that we actually managed to make it out to the wedding and didn't sleep through our alarms. catch me mastering the art of sleeping while standing up when i'm back on set. what's your plan for after this ends? coming back to toronto with me? / @pedroxofame

I have to say, it was genius casting us for the materialist. filming together was incredibly fun but have to say, all of these promo shenanigans are easily my favorite. that's good, because naomi is a wonderful person and doesn't deserve any of that vitriol. mine can be rather intense, but i'm lucky that they're pretty respectful of the people around me. so evans, when are we hanging out next?

Mysterious works for you, bud. Honestly that’s why I think we get along so well. We both can’t shut up and I feel like press is proving that haha they’ve been great to her so far! I mean, at least I hope, she hasn’t said anything about the fangirls yet. But I feel like my fangirl base is nothing compared to yours. Hell, I fanboy for you haha

it's so important, especially for teenagers and young adults to have someone who's so open about their struggles. makes you feel like you're not alone or weird, if someone beautiful and famous feels the way you do. vulnerability is tough, especially on social media. you're incredibly fearless, though and it needs to be said more. physical touch is huge for me when i don't feel my best. having someone there to ground me always helps, gets me out of my head.

This honestly means a lot, so thank you so much for the kind words. I really think it's important for me to tell my struggles and how I get through them, because even if I help one person then it's worth it. It's actually getting easier, but at first I was really nervous. It can be really hard to put yourself out there, and feel that vulnerability. It's so rewarding though to have people tell me that I maybe helped them through a hard time. What kind of things do you do to help with your anxiety?

being a man of mystery is very hard for me, so bless. i can't shut up for the life of me, but maybe i'll learn one day. i've learned that fangirls don't like change but hopefully they're not being too mean to your lady. that's the sad part of the internet, the overwhelming need to be vicious to someone you've never met. i truly believe we've not reached the full potential for chaos yet and i'm excited to see how crazy we get. at least all three of us match each other's freak and i'm here for all of this. those are fighting words, evans. i'll be keeping you on your toes the whole time.
