I’m a genderfluid person, which means the way I feel gender-wise and the way I present myself day to day can change! Some days I feel feminine, and some days I feel masculine. And sometimes it’s any kind of mix of both, something completely separate, or nothing at all.

I’ve got my pronouns listed as she/he/they in my bio to let people know that I can go by any of those at any given time, and I don’t mind if you use any of them (or even a mix of them in the same sentence like “i bought this commission from him, she does very good work!”).

But sometimes I get people in my inbox, asking for a “pronoun check” which is an easy way of asking “how are you feeling today gender-wise?” and I’ll answer with how I’m feeling this specific day!

It’s a nice gesture that lets me (as a genderfluid person) feel seen and respected! Today, I’m sticking with they/them pronouns!

And please remember that not every genderfluid person feels comfortable with being referred to like this, and that this is only my specific preference! Some other genderfluid people may stick with only one set of pronouns, use neopronouns, or prefer not to use pronouns at all. Stay respectful!!
