Oh, it’s totally okay to ask! And no, not at all—I actually wrote the chapters a while ago, and they were ready to be published. However, after rereading them, I felt there were some areas that could be improved—both in terms of plot development and making the story more engaging (and, let’s say, less cringeworthy).

So, I’ve been spending time editing and refining the plot, which is why it’s taking a bit longer. But rest assured, it’s not abandoned at all! It’ll be ready very soon. Thank you for asking!

Though it would have been funny if the under water kiss would have been retained as percy and annabeth (cause jealous apollo would have been hilarious) i very much doubt that would happen for my platonic babies. As for Annabeth, I did consider it, but ultimately, I decided to keep their relationship platonic. I feel like introducing romantic feelings could make things awkward, especially since Annabeth and Percy are extremely close. So, she won’t be involved in this kiss.

However, the underwater kiss will happen, and it’s going to be absolutely hilarious. That said, it won’t take place in the same timeline as the original story—it’ll happen a bit later for reasons that will become clear.

But yeah, this underwater kiss is inevitable!

Did Callista have any poseidon or olympian blood in her genealogy for her to look like percy (who is acknowledged to look like poseidon)? Or is it like a coincidence where her parents have poseidon like features?

That’s a great question! Things can get a little confusing, but to clarify: Callista doesn’t have any Poseidon blood in her genealogy—her features are purely coincidental and can also be seen in her brother. Percy, on the other hand, looks like Callista for three reasons: she inherited traits from Callista’s genes and from Poseidon’s. So, the resemblance comes from both sides in Percy’s case. as for the third reason, it’s you might have guessed based on the latest chapter. I’ll leave that last one for you to figure out ;)
