I greatly enjoy the quiet moments we share together as well. You are as beguiling to gaze at as you are fascinating to converse with.
I hope this messages reaches you well, Melody. I noticed that you have shared some questions to be asked, and I assumed you may wish for me to send some your way. For you:
1. What do you search for in a partner?
6. Where is the best place to go for a date?
7. Where is the worst place to go for a date?
8. What is the best thing to do on date?
11. What is the best gift you have ever received for Valentine's day?
40. Are you the person who says "I love you" first or the type to wait for your significant other to say it?
If these questions are too intrusive, then you are more than welcome to pass them by.
-Your Prince.
1) What do you search for in a partner?
I look for someone who is caring, selfless…. Loves poetry… writes it very well too… and maybe strong. That’s my ideal type!
6) Where is the best place to go for a date?
Ohhh there’s so many to pick though- I don’t know if I can… I do like really anything that may be considered a bit cliche, but it’s so romantic!! If I had to pick one though, maybe a picnic at a park? …Or stargazing, watching the sunset, museums, coffee shop…
7) Where is the worst place to go for a date?
Any where it’s too intensive or loud to focus on my date, I like spending time with my boyfriend and talking to him. I’d prefer to get closer through more quiet intimate moments rather than just both participating in an event together or being somewhere too crowded.
8) What is the best thing to do on a date?
Honestly I’m not sure, I love every part of my dates! I especially enjoy just spending time with my date!
11) What is the best gift you have ever received for Valentine’s Day?
I really like receiving letters or notes- no need to buy a gift when a written gift is far more personal!
40) Are you the person who says “I love you” first or the type to wait for your significant other to say it?
I mean I already said so the other day- so me!

Worry not, Melody. If you wish to expediate the date of our nupitals, then you need only look into ways in which you could increase your income and assets. If you would like me to assist you in setting up a stock market portfolio, or purchasing lottery tickets... I would not be opposed.
You reblogged it!! I’ll be easy on you and just send 3 (for now)- even though I really want to send all of them- these are for the love questions!
24. Does true love exist? Can you love someone fully despite all of his/her flaws?
27. Is there an ideal age for marriage? What is it, if there is?
35. What is the best relationship advice you have ever been given?
-Melody
Of course I wished to take the time to reblog it. It seemed only fair, as I assailed you with questions on your own account. I do hope that the number is not too troubling. You are perfectly welcome to curate your own experience online, and answer as many or as few as you wish.
In regards to the small selecton you have sweetly submitted...
24) I believe that the concept of 'truth' is entirely subjective, and indeed varies greatly from individual to individual. Humans by nature are fluid and impermanent - Our desires, our needs, and our very personhood shall shift and grow as we age and settle into different phases of our lives. And while it is well possible that you may find someone who perfectly keeps pace with you during the ebb and flow of your life, it is also possible that you may find a "true love" for each new phase.
As the poet Khalil Gibran suggests: "“Love one another, but make not a bond of love: Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls."
I do believe that genuine, resilient and healthy love stems from making peace with the idea that we are our flaws as much as we are our strengths, and choosing instead to love someone for their weaknesses as much as their strengths.
27) I believe that an ideal age would be one in which both (or all) parties are entirely stable in multiple aspects of their lives, such as work or finances. While a couple should be strong together, it is important that they are also able to weather most hardships while apart. With that said, most people will achieve this once they have surpassed the 30-year mark.
So if I were to state a particular age... 30 years or older.
35) There are many eloquent and emotionally articulate poets I could seek inspiration and counsel from, but there is advice from an entirely different source that was of much help to me rather recently. If I may be allowed to transcribe it here....
"fao-fae your overthinking this too much xDD if she makes you happy then you deserve to be happy!! stop thinking and JUST DO IT like the man from the actual cannibal video!! happiness is looking at you and smiling and twirling their hair around their finger so talk with your heart and not your brain xS"
Unconventional advice, yes, but advice that has ensured that I am happier now than I have been in quite some time.

Happiness. It is often so fleeting, and yet each time we grasp it firmly by its ghostly, immaterial hand and ask gently for it to stay with us. To fill us with bliss, with a sense of satiety that could not be found in the finest of feasts.
I am unaccustomed to such happiness, and yet the brush of this hand is warm, and soft, and full of life. I grasp it gently, and it grasps me back, each tender finger slotting perfectly between mine.
I smile at them. And she smiles back. And I am wonderfully, perfectly at peace.

One can spend their life putting their utmost faith, their very soul and substance into the written word, and yet.
And yet there are some sentiments, when committed to paper, that remain ethereal. Too laden with hope and happiness to have a weight, a solidness to their being.
I must simply trust that they are, even as they do not appear to be so.
