As soon as he reached the coffee shop, Peter felt his stomach begin to twist and flip. While this wasn’t, in any way, the first date he’d been on, he was always cautious about dating, always afraid of being rejected. A thousand thoughts flew through Peter’s head as he opened the door to the shop and stepped in, suddenly hit by the smell of fresh coffee. He’d never been a huge fan of the drink but it had always smelled amazing to him. 

Immediately seeing Andre, Peter navigated toward the other male. Sitting down with a smile, he felt his nerves start to fade away. “It’s going really well. Really, really well.” He replied, his smile widening. He absolutely loved the show but, when asked about it, never really knew what to say. “How are you? How’s your show going?”

there is some love about coffee shops and the way the atmosphere draws certain elements in. for andre and his own life, he has been surrounded by the love of coffee from his child hood and this experience and what he has yet to explore is something unlike any other trip or any other moments with coffee; a date with someone. now andre has been on dates throughout his life as a single bachelor. 

but something about his look towards peter as his coffee slowly begun to get colder and his half read book sat beside him on the table made him wonder if this is truly it. if peter is the person waiting for him on the other side of life? but it is too soon for any conclusions at this moment, especially in his flu recovery mind set. “so, how’s rent?”

That’s disappointing, but not shocking. Most people around here don’t know wheat from barley.

I have to admit that I’m probably one of those people. I lived on a farm for about six months but it was more like a glorified chicken coup than an actual farm.

“I... I don’t really know? I...? Um...? I don’t really know if it’s weird but um... thanks. You’re pretty adorable yourself....”

I’m working from home, so any time is good. Except for next Tuesday afternoon and any day after 10pm.

“I mean.... yeah,that too. Sorry. I tend to look at this from a scientific stand point a lot of the time.”

“ i mean i took away my left over burger and ate it at my house so i did well on that front. i’m mean i’ve always seen myself as a cuddler in a relationship rather than a sexual person. just feels more intimate. ”

“Hey, at least you got food out of it, right? That’s always a plus. That’s what I always say! Scientifically speaking, sex is just... hormones and the body doing what it was programmed to do. Cuddling requires more trust and faith in the person.”

If I didn’t already have three, I would totally take her off your hands. I’m sure someone around here will be interested in her, though. 

I hope so! My housemates are getting really upset about there being a cat here. They told me just to let it out into the street but look at its little face. How could you say no to it?

Aurora is the definition of a scardey cat.  Like she is afraid that if I go out the door it eats me, or like if a bird taps on the window or something. So it sounds like that one will fit right in.

She sounds like a sweetheart though. I think they’d get along just fine!

True, very true. You have to admit, it has some appeal though. It’s kind of ground breaking in the whole GPS, interactive game world.
