My guess is that Sangwoo has always had problems with his anger, and is quick to act violent. At the beginning of season 1, he had no reason to hold back his violent impulses. He didn’t care if he hurt Bum, if anything he probably enjoyed dominating another person. But at some point, he wanted Bum to like him, so he started to control is anger around him.

The last example I remember of Sangwoo acting violent towards Bum (after this shift) is the season 2 finale, in which violence was used to punish Bum, and as a way to re-establish that he is in control and that Bum ‘should know his place’. You can probably make the argument that a lot the rape scene that followed had to do with Sangwoo’s want/enjoyment of dominating another person (which is the case for most serial rapists).

But getting backing on point, post season 2, Sangwoo continues to want Bum to like him, but also he values Bum’s happiness, and goes out of his way to do things Bum will like. But post Chapter 62, Sangwoo is in this situation where he both hates Bum, but is too attached to him to let Bum leave (/kill him). He’s no longer interested in Bum liking him, so he has no reason to control is violent impulses. And given how Bum’s very presence probably causes a lot of conflicting emotions (anger, resentment, etc…), it’s no surprise that after a couple weeks, Bum is covered in bruises.

I just want the Sangwoo that actually valued Yoonbum back... Because now Sangwoo feels ooc, he did almost a 360 and it feels so stupid 😤

Ikr nothing makes sense to me .. sangwoo was genuinely apologising to bum for grabbing his hand a little too hard a couple of chapters ago now he’s back to coldly beating him again??

I hope we get a reasonable explanation behind this or maybe sangwoo just doesn’t care about anything anymore and planning to kill himself soon but I hope he doesn’t expect bum to kill himself for him after this 😤

Generally, you want to stay away from Apple. Their current business model focuses on creating high-end expensive products, and their cost lies in their brand name. Because the number of apple user haven't dramatically grown over the past few years, the company is increasing their profits by increasing their price tag. So you can probably find a PC that works better at a more reasonable cost.

I think most digital artists that have a more cartoony/anime style use Paint Tool Sai, while people with a more photorealistic style use Photoshop. SAI is only available on PC, and is pretty cheap (I think around $60)

I've been testing out the free trail of Clip Paint Studio, and it has so far been really good. It's available on both Mac and PC and is also around $60.

I think the only real benefit of staying with apple is that your familiar with the operating system. I grew up with Apple and I remember the struggle of trying to use a PC in the computer labs at school lol

My mac air has been with me since 2013 and now it’s time for me to buy a new laptop

But I have no idea what brand should I buy. Should I buy from apple again? Or should I change to dell , HP , acer?

Which one is more suited to someone who makes art and streamers a lot and likes to install art and editing programs?

Any suggestions?

It seems every blog flagged as explicit has their icon and header replaced with a default image. These blogs are mostly accessible, with there being a prompt to accept that the blog may contain sensitive media. But you can’t access the blog through ‘@’ links anymore. I’ve also found a few blogs that I can’t access at all, that were active just a couple days ago and were likely not sfw. They’re not marked as ‘deactivated’, they’re just unclickable....

While I’m not jumping ship just yet, I am planning on moving to another site sometime in the new year.

Here’s a fun fact about trees, you can kill them quite easily, it just takes them 5 years to die.

The roots of trees are very shallow, and if you stomp around the base, you will kill it. Not because you’re breaking the roots, but because you’re compacting the soil, suffocating the tree.

Staff, instead dealing with the numerous problems of this site, just went ahead and stomped on the roots of Tumblr.

I’ve had a lot of fun in this fandom. I think back on dickourse, the debate over whether Bum or Sangwoo had the flat ass, the time a random dog got into the tag and became the unofficial doggo of KS, the time we almost held a fictional wedding, the funny mistakes antis would make (like Bum being a 15yo boy and Sangwoo being a necrophiliac), and how we out trended Christmas.

I also think back on the more serious conversations we had. When we talked about rape and consent, and about mental illness and abusive relationships. People shared their thoughts and experiences, and gave me a deeper understanding of these difficult and sometimes uncomfortable topics.

I’m not sure how many of us will be leaving after today and in the coming weeks. But even if most of us do stay, we can’t create content like we used to. I’ve been lucky that none of my art has been falsely flagged, but there are already posts that I can no longer make because of the new rules.

As much as I’ve enjoyed these last few years on Tumblr, things will change after Dec 17. I’ll continue to post here, as well as after I move to a different platform. But I’m not very optimistic about the future of this website.

If sangwoo told her that him and bum are on an actual relationship instead of making bum looking like a prostitut to him she would have just gave up and left but now she thinks that sangwoo is taking advantage of poor bum who is forced to stay with him for the money and she may start acting like the hero who will save him from this creepy house owner

Update: it was clarified to me by @marziacalypso that the uncle wasn't killed at the end of January. So the likely timeline is that it's early December and it's probably been just a few weeks since the uncle was killed. Additionally, the gift Bum is getting Sangwoo might actually be Christmas gift.

Theory for what Bum bought:

Couple Rings. Last I checked, it’s pretty common for korean couples to buy each other rings to signify that they’re in a relationship. And now that Sangwoo and Bum are “married” it would make sense that Bum would want some object to represent that bond.

We have a couple hints to Bum purchasing this gift.

Chapter 57, Bum looked at her hand, but besides noticing the bruises look what else is in focus.

A ring.

In the past Bum had also tried to give his first love a ring,

But we all know how that had turned out. But this time, things are different. This time he’s with Sangwoo.

Now what about the time constraint? I think Bum wants to give the ring to Sangwoo on his own birthday (which is why his birthday is spoiler). Bum isn’t someone who likely celebrated his birthday a lot, but turning his birthday into a day to celebrate their relationship is something I can see Bum doing. I can see him wanting to turn this day into a celebration of their bond.

Bum has already given his death to Sangwoo, why wouldn’t Bum give the day of his birth to him as well?
