one thing about being a creator. is that, with the right mindset, having even one singular fan makes all the effort ive put into my art worth it.

ive been writing music since 2017, publishing since 2020. for all this time i have seen no fame, no prosperity. this is fine, it was never full time. to blow up is a rare gift many never see. though it does get frustrating sometimes.

yet. a few weeks ago. someone reviewed an album i wrote. they said they were listening to it a lot lately. i dont know them. so i know for sure they're in it for the art and not for me.

and i think? even if nothing comes of this. if it stays just a sporadic hobby i try to convince myself is work. if after 8 more years my songs are heard by only a few people. that review would still have made All of it worth it. my art touched someone. someone looked at something i made, and it connected with them.
