Yeah! I feel like rarity and pinkie would have matching ones with different outfits actually, rarity a fancy kinda dressy outfit and pinkie would have maybe a clown like outfit but the ruffle collars would be identical!

(The drawing is just of a possible rarity outfit but I also got very excited about the idea of pinkie and her matching lol)
