So, I don't get/take many pictures of myself. I am usually behind the camera. I came across the before picture today, so I put this together. Here is a progress picture of my health journey. I am kind of embarrassed of what i WAS. I was a fat, type 2 diabetic (a1c 10.0), food addicted man. I still have a long way to go, but I am now officially no longer type 2 diabetic (a1c 4.9 last week and less then 5.7 for over 2 years) and over 60 pounds down. I have a much healthier view of food and eating. I have been living the ketogenic life and doing intermittent fasting (16/8). I still have quite a few pounds to lose, and I know in time I will get there.
