I think with each photo ever taken it comes the story behind it, what was the photographer's view, feelings and thoughts.

These are the first shots I took after many years, I just wanted to let that sensation flow from my eyes through the camera: walking around and let something get your attention.

One of the things that kept me away from photography for so many years was the importance I gave to technique and the comparison I did with other photographers, it almost completely ruined all my passion for it.

That is why those photos are imperfect because for one time I tried to just go with it, appreciating the fun and pleasure of just taking photographs and magically it all came back as it started.

First time ever working with long exposure.

I chose smoke as a subject since I feel connected with Air element lately. In those photos you can see my personal Palo Santo, something special I own.

It is part of my spiritual practice and I tried to capture the light veil it reveals between different perceptions and energies.

I worked different hours on those photos to create the perfect light environment at home and this make them special because they gave me the opportunity to feel the fatigue and challenge it takes to reach the goal you have in mind while loosing track of time.

There is some comfort in knowing that all those little daisies are close and never alone. I think daisies are the children of the flowers: playful, simple and pure.

It's been a long time since I shot some photos of flowers and I wanted daisies to be my first subject since they are also one of the first flowers to bloom when spring is coming.

Each journey has a beginning, this is mine.

When I shot this photo I was feeling the need to capture my own view after so many years. Observing in silence and letting my mind wonder, like magic flowing through my eyes. I often find myself realising how much photography is the only way through which I feel free to express that what I see is real.

I don't know where I am going for once I'm just here for the feeling itself. Welcome.
