So, we just share a few interests outside of the Sims? Let's see...

This got a little long, so it's going below a cut. :)

Reading: When I was younger, I was an avid reader and writer. When I moved to England, I lost touch with that part of myself but recently, I joined the library! I have been listening to audiobooks while I take care of mundane tasks. I'm reading ebooks about gardening instead of doomscrolling. It has inspired me to pick up the physical books on my shelves that I never finished reading. I love it.

Animals: I love animals. All of them. Fluffy, slimey, scaley. Even the ones that give me the heebie-jeebies. Do you have animal facts? I want to know them. Pictures of critters? I want to see them!

Sewing: I've been circling the hobby for much of my life. Last year, I finally took the plunge. I love making useful items! I made a gathering apron for my sister who has chickens, and a warm fluffy poncho for my husband.

Gardening: As I mentioned before, I'm reading an ebook called Garden to Save the World. It has had a bunch of useful information on how to start a garden, even if your space is just a balcony or window box. I haven't actually applied any of my new knowledge but I'm making notes for how I want to go about it next year.

Currently reading: I'm using my eyes to read Reading Like a Writer by Francine Prose, and my ears to listen to This Will Be Fun by E. B. Asher. I'm also reading Garden to Save the World by Joe Clark. I finally joined the library and I'm having the best time.

Current obsession: Learning how to play Pathfinder 2e.

Currently working on: So much tbh! Sewing a pair of pajama shorts, crocheting a bag, nailing down an exercise routine, sculpting in Blender...
