*Sighs* Effing Hate Drama...

So, my little sister Nina (no real blood relation) is currently working 2 jobs. She works at our local Firehouse Subs as well as recently returning to IHOP. Everything was fine when I dropped her off at 5, they weren't super busy, but incoming diners were steady. Some friends were working tonight too. Stayed to eat some dinner and socialize, then came back home. When I returned at 9:30 to pick her up, she looked ready to kill. I had to wait until we were in the car on the way home 15 to 20 minutes later to find out the long string of events that rendered her the angry, crying young woman I was driving home. Apparently in an effort to split up the work more evenly, her manager started fidgeting with the number of tables per waitresses section. With the exception of Nina, everyone got 5 tables. When she spoke to her manager about it, one of the other waitresses; an elderly woman who is a customer favorite, began to behave like a teenager, waving her hands and half shouting "whatever, whatever". The cooks were being incredibly uncooperative with her, and when the youngest of the servers working tonight was bored and began rolling up silverware for the tables; the elderly waitress, who is known to do exactly the same thing, got annoyed with Nina for letting the girl do so instead of doing so herself. Stressed out and tired from consistently working double shifts, either working at the sub shop then IHOP or working double shifts at IHOP alone, tonight's fairly ridiculous shenanigans from the rest of the staff was enough to infuriate her. Just blah. Neither of us tolerate drama and tonight just seemed to be full of it. Just ranting...

Hello Ducklings.

Since this is my 1st post, a little info is in order. As it says under my little picture there, I'm a shaman; specifically a shamanistic Christian. I believe in 1 God, The Great Creator, and in Jesus Christ; I just go about the way I worship a bit differently. I'm currently attending American Intercontinental University Online, where I study business management with a focus on entrepreneurship. My fiancé, Mum and I intend to open a spiritualist bookshop once he and I graduate. My mum and I both live with chronic pain illnesses, as well as both having D.I.D, dissociative identity disorder or multiple personality disorder. I have somewhere between 50 - 75 alters wandering about in my mental hallways. I hope to use this tumblr blog to share what daily life with such conditions is like, help educate others who suffer them, or know someone who does. I also plan to share plenty of random amusements, artwork (both my own and others), and just general nifties. So, yea, stay tuned.
