That’s as far as the Jackal’s thought process can go. Of course, he’s met talking cats before. He’s allied, worked for, and more recently killed many before...but they were Mobians. They were like him, and not the kind generally seen as wildlife/pets...and yet the black cat infront of him can talk like any other intelligent Mobian.

His one visible eye is just staring now, looking at the feline. He honestly doesn’t know what to do now.
