4/17/16: Updated with save file & world content. FINALLY IT HAS COME. The recent Rooker house has now been uploaded! Just as a warning, off the bat, this house has SO much cc. Hopefully when I packed it, all of the cc was packed with the house. This house was built and furnished by me (which is why you may see some family photos everywhere) and I also included both the library file and the s3pack for those who prefer either one. The lot is 20x20, and was placed in Hylewood. Have fun everyone, tag me if you refurnish or even use this house and let me know if there are any issues!
