I'm going to make an actual sheet later but I just need to reach people as soon as possible. I'm facing another threat of eviction and I have 10 days to pay what's thankfully only $850 instead of $3000+ like last time. Those rent assistance cunts still aren't doing their jobs lol

I'd like to raise at least $1650 to cover this month's and next month's rent but I'll keep these open for the foreseeable future as I'm completely in the dark as to when I'll get the support I got approved for.

The Prophecy of Kroya is a story about four young teenagers travelling the world, each with their own purpose. There are four main characters, but no main antagonist as of right now.

The first is Sorima. Sorima is currently the character the story focuses around the most. His purpose is to “find himself.” To sum him up, he wants to find himself as he’s bored of just being the mayors son. He wants to explore without being limited, find something he enjoys and stay with it. after somehow being able to convince Blair to take him around the world on his boat despite his lack of combat experience.

Blair, who I’ve previously talked about on my blog is the Captain of The Orient, an infamous military vessel. His purpose is to follow the orders of the Iraplesence, a kingdom that his parents had been recruited by. Blair was rather apprehensive to let Sorima onboard, but due to Sorima’s constant begging and Morstora’s promise to him, he ended up agreeing to it as long as Sorima would learn how to fight.

Morstora is a crafty young lady. She was born in a small village with her twin brother. ..Both were sold off to a circus on their 8th birthday. Her purpose is to receive the blessing of Dead-Lord Hunter. She tends to read people well, and knows what they want. So when her friend Sorima so desperately wanted to join Blair on the seas, she was the one who actually convinced the captain. Their deal consisted of added manpower, as well as teaching Blair how to read.

Finally, there’s Kyaverre. Kyaverre is a follower of the Dead-Lord Radiance, like most of the people in her village are. However, she received the Blessing of Radiance at a young age. Her purpose is to help Radiance execute her will, that being shedding light on deception across the world. Kyaverre is a friend of both Morstora and Sorima, but she wasn’t in on the deal. Rather, she paid Blair to escort her to Iraplesence. Why there? She hasn’t said a thing about why.

A lot of stuff to unpack here so I think my next post will detail stuff about lords and dead-lords next just because they become really important later on

Blair Nasir Rafferty

Blair is the captain of an infamous military ship known as The Orient. He witnessed both his father and brother perish in battle, his mother dying shortly after his birth.

After the death of his brother, Blair felt like he was obligated to continue the family tradition of running the ship until death. Countless times has he gotten injured and almost died, but guilt and the constant feeling that HE had to be the one protecting his crew drive him forward.

Blair is a character that may require lots of research into cultures I’m unfamiliar with. He’s a mix of a species of people based on arctic foxes and a species of people based on fennec foxes.

For the arctic fox people, or Sneacaines, I wanted to base their culture off of celtic, norse and a little bit of japanese mythology and culture. For the fennec fox people, or Farsarakines, I wanted to base their culture off of persian, hawaiian, arabic and maybe even some ghanaian mythology and culture.

Everything about him may change as I research these cultures and develop lore for this world, but as of right now he feels like a pretty set character.

Due to the fact that his crew is a mix of many different cultures, and because his parents and brother died when he was pretty young, I feel like he’d be way out of touch with both the Sneacaines and the Farsarakines. He wouldn’t be curious about his families cultures, as he has more to deal with, but when he meets Sorima, Kyaverre (Name subject to change), and Morstora (Also subject to change), he’ll end up learning more about other cultures and his own.
