I'm back with NEWS and GOODIES

FIRST: two of my sketchbooks are now available on my itch.io!

These are where the pictures I've posted here have come from, they're 85 and 67 pages respectively of the closest I could approximate the experience of flipping through the pages in a 600dpi PDF. The scan quality is seriously beautiful and huge.

SECOND: I'm making a comic! Graphic novel! Novella! IDK man there are gonna be pictures that tell a story.

I've loved every second of work I've put into it, it's going to be awful. The plot fell out of my hand in its entirety a few days after my hiatus started, and in the meantime I've written 4 of... likely 5 chapters. I'm beyond excited.

It's called COMFORTZONE and it's a graphic examination of a home invasion gone wrong.

I'll be posting concrete updates there, like covers and art and dates and previews and an actual blurb, but the messy stuff will go here, with parts of it being exclusive to my patreon

Thanks for hanging in, this is going to be really fucking cool. I've held off on talking about this due to my health and not wanting to jinx this project; this is the strongest I've felt about completing something in years and I'm so excited to see where it goes.

I just finished the sketchbook this is in the beginning of, still love it so much while at the same time wanting badly to redraw it. Which could be very cool to do in the beginning of the new book now that I think about it.

On that note, this and the watercolour wolpertinger are both a sneak peek of a digitization project. They're both from the first third of the sketchbook filled over the last year and a half which comes in at over 80 two page spreads like this. Soon that's going to be available to buy on my itch.io! Patrons at both paid tiers will get access to a free chunk of pages depending on tier.

Over the next couple months pdfs of more sketchbooks will be released, chronologically grouped but likely in no particular order. I'm super exciting to be properly archiving them all despite having to wrangle the devil (scanner through a mac).
