I’m definitely not the first to notice, but I love that Anne is NOT wearing black. Yes, she’s wearing a dark color, but it’s her wedding, so she broke her rule of always wearing black (since Mariana’s wedding) to celebrate finally finding a wife and partner.
It’s subtle, and I’m so glad that the show thought to include the color change

is there anyone else who can totally not watch panels where fans asks questions because the possibility of someone asking a stupid question makes you extremely uncomfortable not only for yourself but for the person who’s answering
#the most me thing#like there was this one oitnb panel where someone asked taylor to give her best 'alex' impression#and I had to stop the video right there and couldn't go back to it#why can't anyone at panels ask actually character/plot related questions#I feel like these insipid/shallow questions make viewers look bad#and gives showrunners/writers the ability to write fans off as not knowing what good storytelling is#I just want intelligent questions from people who are fans of a show I love and have the opportunity to attend panels#end rant

I can put on as many layers of shellac as I want, but my belief is that you can’t really fool anybody. And what I love about Orange is that it celebrates all of that inside stuff. It’s made me bolder in my own life. It’s taught me that it’s not about seeking approval. (x)

Alex Vause, may I put my prison-issue mattress next to your bulldozer scoopie thingy, and ride out a nightmare with you?
