UGW: Anything under 150 currently I think that's a good overall goal to have currently.
Q: Am I happy with my current weight?
A: Well no not exactly but I will say it's a lot better than almost 240.
Q: Anything I could change about my diet?
A: Cut back on my soda consumption. Diet sodas still expand the stomach and make you hungrier. So definitely could cut back quite a bit on soda consumption. I also could get back in the direction of going sugar free I think that'd be a good one for me.
Q: Anything I could change about my exercise?
A: Well considering my leg I can't physically run for long but I can walk so maybe if I did longer walks I could boost that calorie loss. I could do quite a bit more weights at home and do some more yoga and stretching as well. Do more at home workouts. I think with a calorie consumption of 200-400 a day I think burning about 500-600 a day would be hella good for me 🙂

Did ya girl binge after a 49 hour fast? Yes she fucking did. Does ya girl care right now? No not really. I did my best given I haven't done that in almost a year and so for me to push past 2 days like it was nothing I think deserved 4 days worth of food? Am I gonna be regretting it in the toilet rapidly coming out of both ends? Yeah. Once again do I care? No not necessarily. Have a good day and please be safe
