Yes, this was absurd, and the cop had no need to fire 16 shots; however, to say “the final scene is extremely outrageous when the cop kicks a hand of the dying boy” is fucking ridiculous. The 17-year-old “boy” was high on PCP and had a knife, which is what the cop was kicking McDonald’s clenched fist for. Needless to say that this confident ass way he is walking in the video, you can tell he was aggressive and violent before the police even got there. NOTE: I am not saying that this cop is right for shooting him 16x, however, I am saying that you people think this small percentage of police represent the vast majority of all law enforcement agencies, and for that, you are wrong. Change your damn attitude towards law enforcement, and realize that the media only tends to shed light on shit like this because it’s what will get them views. Good deeds by police are done every damn day, and that media coverage is hardly shown. It would make morning news rather than the mostly watched 10 PM news because they know ignorant people like you will be watching. Get your facts straight before you say blatant shit like, “the sociopaths in blue.”
Burger King has made a public statement that Chicago Police entered their store and deleted security camera footage.
In a public statement released today, a Burger King district manager said the Chicago Police Department forcefully entered one of their restaurants and deleted 86 minutes of security camera footage that showed their killing of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald. The footage ran from 9:13 PM to 10:39 PM on the night of October 20, 2014. McDonald was killed at approximately 9:50 PM.
Police officers blatantly murdering people on camera is what happens when you’ve let enough bad cops get off after committing acts that would put the average person away for life. This guy probably went home and slept well knowing that he murdered someone earlier in the day. The sociopaths in blue.
