hi! i just want to clarify smth b/c i always thought the greenline was your halloween comic, but since you just said that your halloween comic will be an original work and that you don't want to spoil the title can i check when you plan to post the greenline? sry if youve mentioned this before as well hahah

So! I do not actually have anything scheduled for The Greenline yet. Similar to Friends Like These, Vignettes Vol. 1, and Prologue, I’m going to work on the Greenline in my spare time with no strict schedule.

This means it will probably take me up to 3 months or longer with school to complete, especially because it’s looking to be close to 20+ parts long. That’s about double the length of FLT.

That being said, my Halloween comic is going to be the LAST comic i post before I prioritize school work first and foremost. That means most of my posts are going to be on Patreon with the occasional teaser/shitty doodle that I share here on tumblr or instagram.

It’s a long time to wait for public content, but if you don’t want to wait, you can support me by joining my patreon or donating to my ko-fi or shopping from my etsy! Links to all of these are in the linktree in my bio :) financial stability will help me focus more on making the comics i want to make and love to share with you :,)

I love how you wrote Donnie and Leo's fight. They're growing up and growing apart and it's beautiful. But it also hurts and they're hurting and they hurt each other. But it's also ok cause they talk about it and genuinely apologize for it and they still love each other ❤️. My brother and I have fought (never to that extent), and it feels and plays out identically to their's.

!And I cannot get over the continued use of orange! It's so nice! (And if I remember correctly you said it represents saftey? That's so cool! I've gone back and reread them with that context and!!! That's so neat! I love that!) And your color palettes are always on point!

I have siblings, and while I do obviously adore the incredible relationship the boys have with each other, I also desire Problems and Issues. Sibling relationships are not all sunshine and rainbows! Especially as you get older and develop your own personality and life independent of one another.

Family isn’t perfect! Neither are your relationships with your siblings, but the thing about family is if you really care enough, you can make it better, you can move on. In the sort of family the boys have (which I consider to be fairly similar to my own), forgiveness is not a rare commodity, and so long as everyone is trying, things can get better.

“I’ve been practicing.” Leo said smugly, slinging the sword up and settling the blunt end across his shoulders.

Brutus’ eyes flashed. “Then show me what you’ve learned.”

obsessed with characters being saved against their will. being knocked unconscious and carried away from a danger they won't stop trying to fight. being shoved through a portal somewhere far away and safe right before it closes. trying to self-sacrifice only to have the exact person they're trying to save swap their places at the last second. getting the only cure to the disease or curse bc the person administering it loves them too much to give it to anyone else, including themselves. being thrown to safety right as they had accepted dying. someone else they thought had gotten to safety running back to drag them out of danger. it's so fucking tasty
