I weighed in at 193.7 yesterday morning. I haven't weighed yet but I should be about 193. I started at 246.4. It feels crazy but I lost 50 pounds in 90 days!
I did not think I would do it but I proved myself wrong. I still don't even believe that I am under 200, and almost in the 180s when just last week I was 200 something. Losing this weight has been drastic and euphoric and I don't want to stop till I have lost even more.
I am aiming for 80 pounds in 6 months now. I need to lose 30 pounds in the next 90 days to do so. At the rate I am going, I should hit that and more. I certainly want to lose more than 30 in the next 3 months, I likely will, but I will be generous to myself and be flexible. I can't screw this up. I got this.

Why do I always forget to check in lol.. I’m such a lurker *facepalm*
I am 202.8 as of this morning! Almost 200, my first goal weight. Ive been super motivated and eating 600 kcal for the last two weeks. I’ve just been dropping weight like nothing, it’s so surreal. I’m losing a pound a day!
I started at 246 ish. My goal is a 50 pound weight loss in 3 months. I have 8 days left and so far, I’ve lost about 43.5 pounds (it feels so crazy 😁), so 6.5 pounds in 8 days? I am not getting my hopes up, but I really wanna hit this goal!

I like to weigh myself once after waking up and using the restroom, before eating and drinking anything.
Yesterday morning I was 239.6 lbs. Just checked in before I forgot and I'm 236.2 lbs.
I lost 3 pounds!
I started back up 12 days ago. It's been so much better (maybe cause I'm more mentally stable than the last time). I've lost 10 pounds in these few days.

Lunch
I'm a breakfast addict so I made Bacon & Italian sausage egg scrambles for lunch. Serves 3 people. 282 kcal each cup!
1 Italian sausage (345 kcal)
3 bacon slices (120 kcal)
5 eggs (390 kcal)
Feel free to change it up or make it into a single serving meal by reducing the ingredients!
I used a tablespoon of vegetable broth mixed with the oils & half cup of water from cooking the sausage to replace oil. I cut the sausage into small bits and ripped up the bacon (it was precooked). I threw in the bacon, added the eggs and waited for it to turn a little white and added sausage, pink salt, & black peppercorn. Then I scrambled it all together.
Black coffee w/ Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (2 kcal)

I'm working on eating better. I want to be able to eat breakfast with my son, and have a small meal before work for my dinner. I'm also trying different things to make my coffee more tasty. Aiming for 500 calories or less a day.

Like I said horrible at remembering this kind of stuff lol. I was nice to myself today since I lost 6 pounds since Monday! (🥳🥳). I didn't go over 2,000 but unfortunately what I had was calorie packed so yeah 😞

Mini cucumber and 10 grapes - 44 calories
Beef and veggie soup, but added a slice of bacon: 96 + 40 calories
Potato taco and potato wrap: 250 + 900 calories
Total: 1,330 calories ☹️
F in the chats for those calories but at least i didnt go crazy. I am gonna restrict more tomorrow though.

Daily Intake Check
Not feeling any actual urges to binge since I begun to restrict again. I’ve been gaining and eating like a pig for a year or two now. I don’t know what it was that brought me back to this place, but it’s so much better than before.
So much more easy— I’m 19 now, my mom has passed and I just don’t care if anyone sees a problem with what I do to my body. I used to binge and purge, cry and get anxiety of food every day, now it just is what it is. It’s like a switch just flipped in me.
Anyways, I’ll probably forget to do this every day. Busy with my son, work, etc, but Ill keep up if I remember to check in. I started monday eating just my soup, with certain low-calorie drinks and fruits//veggies/pickles being allowed in my diet.
6/30:
Breakfast: Multivitamin
Lunch: Coffee w/ 2 teaspoons of sugar (35 calories)
Dinner: Beef & Veggie soup (96 calories)
Drinks: Monster Zero Ultra (10 calories)
Total: 141 calories
