truly the end goal is not "my close friends aren't annoyed by me and it's all in my head, they're my friends and they love me", it's "sometimes I do annoy my close friends, just as the people I love most will also annoy me sometimes, because this is normal, and we will continue to stay friends, and they're not going to want to immediately cut me out of their life if I do something annoying once in a while"

nobel goes killer? is it because of the guilt from what they did to elliot combined with everything else?

heehehe well!! this is gonna take a bit of explaining, but the long and short of it is, at some point in the story, Nobel becomes INSANELY PARANOID. To a point They've somehow convinced themself everyone is fake and wanting them and their friends dead. Or in some more, closer, cases, that their friends are already dead and these fakes are taking their faces to fool them- and in their confusion, and Anger over this, they often gets pitted against the other survivors as the "Bad Trip" Killer :3

While yes, what they did to elliot is *involved*, esp since hes got his own... thing... going on about that at this point in the story that makes them really upset, its not the BIG focus. however!! on we go

to be more specific, this au does something kinda funny with milestones. Milestones introduce new powers, but extremely bad additions to them. And Nobel's milestones play into a funny little quirk they have. They always feels like they can still feel every time they were killed in the realm- and their milestones make that pain real, with scars and blood and pain. and on top of all of it, the spectre decided it would be funny to hit Nobel with the feeling of being in withdrawal at all times in their final milestone, so its only adding to everything! theyre in pain, theyre paranoid, theyre practically dying in their own skin, and everything feels WRONG. so. its only natural that at some point... they get a little... gestures.

it starts out slow at first- their first milestone is simply a foggy head and an ever bleeding nose, not much to notice, but it continues to get worse. the injuries, the pain, and the feeling of being higher than life, until it comes crashing down in the final milestone.

its not great for anyone. most of all Clue. ehe <3
