When I redo these homes, I like to keep some of the weird little elements maxis threw in. We kept the 2-level bathroom with skylight,  closed off stairwell, and strangely proportioned balcony among other things. That’s the charm. :p

Part 3 of the discord challenge of the month - There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. I went with 1 Master, 1 Kid’s room, and the 3rd bedroom turned into a yoga studio.

Part 2 to the discord challenge of the month - I chose an open floor plan, as I do most of the time for functionality. I tried to be fairly neutral with the colors and mix woods, both of these are things out of my comfort zone.
