I've felt terrible today, tired, hot, nauseous but today won't stop just because I want it to, and neither will tomorrow. The 30 day countdown is on, the last 30 days before @tough_mudder and on a day I feel so terrible I can appreciate all the days I didn't and took for granted and all the days I felt like I wouldn't make it bit did. The days I was able to run a little further or lift a little more. The days I asked myself if I was crazy, didn't think I could possibly make it and the days I felt unstoppable. The last 7 months have been crazy, filled with doubt and confidence, fear and excitement, derailments and accomplishments but here we are...
