mouse!reader in twd! ⛸️

♡ i see mouse with daryl mainly! or maybe we can switch it up and say someone like carol. shes meek and shy, definitely spent her time before doing things like ballet or figure skating and has a strange habit for stealing. She needs someone gentle who understands her quietness and serves as a sort of rock. the peter to her lara jean, cameron to her bianca.

♡ loves soft greys, whites, pale pinks and occasionally a soft blue too. Sticks to simple patterns like polkadots or gingham but quite simply dressed. embraces femininity, helps her feel a sense of normality

♡ steals petty things from places they’re scouting out. drugstore lipglosses, cheap bracelets even a pair of old reading glasses. not like she needs them just misses the thrill. (gets scolded though because she was meant to be looking for antibiotics)

♡ had a bunch of old stuff for writing letters. a whole pack of cute stickers and lace, pink wax for stamps and all fancy pens though they hardly ever got sent. used to have penpals and missed writing to them

♡ she is angelina ballerina in her soul, she will fight you on it too. if anyone DARES to correct her daryl will threaten u.

before the apocalypse? went to some prestigious ballet school something fancy in a big city. definitely went to one before but got kicked out because they didn’t want someone known for stealing in their school. figure skating on the side for fun!

how they found her? i feel like she was in woodsbury when everything went wrong in szn3/4 and went to the prison with everyone afterwards. this meek thing a tiny backpack and a pair of pointe shoes tied around the strap, daryl was smitten.

rick when.. he saw pup for the first time just.. in the woods outside of the prison on her own.

just this small thing nothing more than the jelly sandals on her feet, her clothes and a tiny worn out knife. she was soaked in blood and dirt all teary and wide eyed. He had been chasing lori’s ghost but at the sight of the poor thing he felt a need to do something, anything.

he attempted that 3 questions thing on her but she just blinked at him and cried again all runny nosed with splotchy cheeks. Agreed to take her in and we know the rest!!

got all loving and paternal on her even though hes old and a dad and shes young and sweet <33

♡ bambi is shy and a little awkward! definitely a shane girlie. She listens to orders and takes everything literally which eases his stress. She can hold her own but having someone there to look out for her? even better! the elvis to her Priscilla, coriolanus to her lucy gray

♡ not everyone can match this girls freak tbh shes a little too quiet that it can be unsettling and is full of off putting facts. If she feels safe around you she has no filter at all

♡ collects trinkets religiously especially her little figurines like sonny angels

♡ gets a lil scared when shane is mad, tries to be brave when he scolds her and grabs her face but she gets all sniffly anyway :(

♡ flees just as easy, when he does yell she can easily disappear for hours at a time (which freaks everyone out because hello wtf is she alive)

♡ fashionable cutie, practical and cute! neutrals and boots, polkadots, bows, blouses, tiny denim shorts, hats. she loves hats, her favourite thing!

♡ dramatic. so dramatic.

before the apocalypse? training to be a nurse or vet! definitely loved the idea of working with animals just as anxious as her or little kids. Volunteered at a thrift shop/charity shop on weekends to score all the cute things for herself

how she found the group? i feel like the group found bambs when on a run in atlanta! couldn’t exactly drive past such a wide eyed girl with barely anything on her :P

♡ pup is definitely a rick girlie! she needs gentle parenting to heal and is clumsier than bun! the grumpy to her sunshine bear, the eeyore to her winnie, sweep to her sooty.

♡ bouncy asf always jumping around. you hear loud bangs from miles away? dw its not gunshots its just pup! attracts a million walkers tho ^_^

♡ falls over. 24/7. the bruises on her knees? shes fine just fell over her feet, then her bed, then down the stairs, then trying to do a cartwheel and then in the forest running from a herd of walkers.

♡ the picture of the sleeping doggy? thats her guys!! sleeps so heavily, snores and drools too worse than rick.

♡ on the rare occasion she gets overwhelmed and tired and grumpy and her feet hurt and shes hungry and is scared of all the walkers? piggy back! rick scoops her right up and they travel like that for ages. he never even did that for carl :P

♡ shes a rainboots and overalls kind of girl. Step foot in a forest? guys wait she needs to put on her rainboots first! it almost gets them killed everytime because she doesnt just put them on and go, no no. she hops and grunts and whines as she squeezes her feet into her rainboots. (unnecessarily)

♡ thrived best in Alexandria, especially because it felt so normal she could actually build a routine again

before the apocalypse? volunteered in a shelter or worked in a daycare! she just brightened peoples days up so effortlessly :3

how she found the group? was probably just wandering tbh nobody knows how she survived alone but she did. Tried telling jokes to the walkers at first

♡ clumsiest mf ever! actually a death trap, if you escaped the prison with her you’d wish you died there ^_^

♡ pinks, pastels, ribbons, tiny denim shorts and lil crop tops, all pink sneakers, collects trinkets on runs (gets daryl to get them for her because this girl is not trusted to go on runs) and cute sweaters!

i believe bun was definitely apart of a group before and was the last one standing because she ran away. This girl deffo did track in highschool trust! Thrived in the farm era, loved the horses :P

before the apocalypse? studied fashion maybe worked for a magazine. maybe a lil bit of camgirling on the side for funzies
