I start this new year realizing my worth.

I am worth the time, the patience and the love.

I am WORTHY. 

I know my value and I will not wait and please others just because.

I love myself.

And so I say goodbye to a certain individual who is just pure toxic to me. 

He just gets and gets without even acknowledging my presence. You are full of bullshit. Faker guy. I hate you. You mean nothing. I feel apathy towards you. Faker.

And so I will calm down and breathe in the air, without this toxic person’s presence, the air feels refreshing.

Project: Zero Dairy Diet

I’m finally back.

Hmm life’s been great. Teaching grade 1 students now. Doing CrossFit as well. Only problem right now is my skin. Been having extreme breakouts right now and it has been affecting my life. UGH.

I’ve decided to remove dairy in my daily diet. I need this. Eversince I’ve been taking whey protein daily, skin’s been cray cray. Drinking milk and eating yogurt weekly has been detrimental as well.

So here’s to hoping that things will workout well with the zero dairy diet and hopefully clearing my skin.
